Ho soggiornato presso Yaja Jungno Hotel e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza non è stata soddisfacente.
La pulizia della camera era insufficiente e si percepiva un odore sgradevole all’interno della stanza. Anche l’area snack risultava molto limitata e poco curata.
Lo staff si è dimostrato poco accogliente e scarsamente disponibile: mancava completamente l’attenzione al cliente. In più occasioni non ho ricevuto risposta alle mie richieste e, al momento del check-in, dopo aver richiesto il passaporto, non mi sono state fornite indicazioni o informazioni utili.
Anche l’assistenza per raggiungere l’aeroporto è stata inesistente: alla mia richiesta di supporto mi è stato semplicemente consegnato un foglio con l’indirizzo dell’hotel, senza ulteriori spiegazioni.
L’unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, comoda per visitare la città.
Nel complesso, esperienza negativa che non mi sento di consigliare.

Good location. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and walking distance to many spots.

Cons:

The room was nice. It has a window which is a very big plus. However the bed is very hard and the pillows are very thin. We were not able to sleep well.

Fantastic location, kind staff, clean facilities and complimentary snacks and drinks!
Pros:

Location is amazing! It’s located so close to the great restaurants and cafes. Near the subway lines and easy access for taxis. Great morning offerings - coffee, toast, popcorn. Rooms are stocked with snacks and water. Toilet has a bidet!! Staff is really kind and welcoming!

The bath tub was big and no door. Îf it’s winter csn be real cold. Needs to climb in and out. Is little slippery without the rubber mat.

The room provided enough room for us and our luggage. We had a huge bath. Fridge available in the room and a microwave in the lobby Good location with easy access to public transport. Interesting neighbourhood to explore by day or night. Free snacks and drinks supplied by the hotel greatly appreciated. You are supplied with everything you need toothbrush and toothpaste, razor and other toiletries are in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Jiwhan (hope that is the right spelling) who went above and beyond to help me with all my enquiries.

Cons:

The one thing we missed was somewhere to hang a few clothes.
