Pros:

I stayed on the first floor and the carpet in the hallways was a tripping hazard because it was not flat but gathered and folded in odd places through the entire hall. The carpet in the sitting area of my room was also good stained.

My wife and I had an restful stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone
Pros:

Rooms are nice. Clean and quiet. Staff was excellent

Cons:

The hallways need an upgrade. Carpet is lifting and someone can probably trip.
Shower water pressure is low.

My New Go-To Stay for Oxnard!
Pros:

The Wednesday complementry lite dinner and beer was awesome! The full breakfast bar was kick'n every morning. Maintence handled a small issue with the room very fast. Did not have to pay for parking was a plus. Had the KING with Sofa / kitchen. Athough I did not use the kitchen- it had it all. Full size frig and ice maker. Ice machines are still on every floor.

Cons:

Elevators were not located in the main lobby but down a hall and sharp turns with the luggage cart was a small task. But not a stay-breaker - I 'm just a big guy who likes elevators in lobbies, LOL.
