Great staff, location and rooms. Would book again when coming to BA.
Pros:

Great location, easy to walk to various parts of Palermo and shops, bars, cafes and restaurants as well as easy for drivers to find. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and organized.

Cons:

Pool on the roof was in need of cleaning but it’s a minor matter.

The location and breakfast was great, the pool was lovely. The room was nice and big

The noise from the bar next door kept us awake most nights and it went on until after midnight every day of the week, there is no soundproofing in the building.

Très bonne adresse à Palermo Soho
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé dans Palermo Soho et la décoration y est assez soignée. La piscine sur le toit fait plaisir. Les chambres sont très bien tenues.
Le personnel est agréable et efficace ( même à 5h30 du matin 😅).

Cons:

La boîte de jazz à côté a l’air d’avoir un super programme mais quand on souhaite dormir c’est un peu compliqué certain week-end...

Small, pleasant hotel with friendly staff in a good Palermo location.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good in Palermo. Close to bus routes. Breakfast was basic but good.

Excellent, chilled hotel close to Palermo Soho
Pros:

A really great hotel with amazing staff, who were always happy to help with anything. Reception is manned 24 hours a day and communication with staff is easy via WhatsApp, which is set up on arrival. The room was comfortable and well air-conditioned (it was 34°C outside during my stay), and the hotel overall had a very chilled feel to it. The breakfast consists of a small selection of high-quality pastries, cereals and yogurts – no extensive cooked-breakfast selection, but this was perfect for me, and I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The hotel is located on a relatively quiet street on the edge of Palermo Soho, but is just a few blocks from the bustling Plaza Serrano and the bars & restaurants in the area.

A lovely small hotel in pretty Palermo
Pros:

Lovely, small hotel. Great location - lots of restaurants and bars, yet very quiet. Helpful, welcoming staff. Free wine and cheese night most evenings! The room was very clean. Comfy bed and powerful shower. Lots of space around the hotel to relax.

Cons:

Our friends stayed facing the front of the hotel and said there was a noisy beeping but we didn’t hear that from the back of the hotel.

Otherwise a terrific boutique hotel in a great up and coming location. - nicely designed
Pros:

The location and facilities were perfect for our group and we had excellent well equipped and planned rooms that catered for all our needs. Breakfast was great however the hot water was not always hot on some days. The staff were very helpful and were great with our poor Spanish. Evening drinks were terrific.

Cons:

When the night club was running the sound insulation was not great and when the club ran to 3.00am and the patrons were leaving it was very disruptive for our sleep even though there was double glazing.
