Great location, poor maintenance
Pros:

Location is great, 5min walk to the beach and a huge number of cafe and resturants within short walking distance.

Cons:

Issues with the room. Night one, the electronic door lock would not operate, luckily we were able to grab the desk attendant as she was closing for the night; after changing the batteries and playing the connections she got it to work. Night 2 the same issue with the door lock again, same thing the desk attendant changed batteries several times and got it working. Needless to say, we made sure that we both did not leave the room after hours in case it happend again. The toilet roll holder was hanging on by the last thread, this was fixed the day it was reported. One of the light switches was damaged and flopping around in the socket a bit, although reported at 8am, it was still not fixed that day. The towel rail fell off the wall. We did give feedback on leaving and sent a follow up email before posting the review. 2 weeks and no response. We have stayed at Quest properties all over Australia and this is the only time that has dissapointed.

Beachside haven.
Pros:

Location was perfect!
So close to the beach and shops nearby.
The room had a great view of the ocean and the size of the accommodation had good facilities.

Cons:

Just the bathroom was a bit outdated, other than that it was perfect.

The noise from the main road was unbearable when it started around 4am every day so I recommend a room that does not face the man road

Cons:

The room had a previous guest who must have been a smoker, as whenever we entered the room all you could smell was cigarettes. As well the outside garden all plants were long dead, the BBQ area was unclean.

Very comfortable but lots of traffic noise.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows !!!
Staff were lovely.

Cons:

No plug in the bathroom to have a bath.
Lots of traffic noise from 5:30am onwards probably wouldn't be so bad in rooms not facing the main road.

Pros:

leider war der aufenthalt nicht einem 4-sternehotel angepasst.
bei meinene andfragen wurde ich an das management verwiesen; diese melden sich bis heute nicht.
schade

Cons:

zimmerservice wurde nicht gemacht, da ein feiertag war. dies war jedoch nicht angegeben bei der buchung. das toilettenpapier war knapp & es musste vermehrt angefragt werden um dies so wie das duschgel nachzufüllen.

Good place stay could be better - but great friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice big clean apartment. Balcony. Great staff at reception. Excellent car park (payable).

Cons:

Road noise, accommodation a bit dated. A bit smelly (drains??). Shower over bath not great. Would be nice with more towels.
