Pros:

Proximity to the center of Putney.

Cons:

AC is very noisy. Power outage and no water for almost the entire day with no backup system. No offer to refund for loss of use. Very disappointed.

Pros:

Convenience with having a dog. Yard area to walk him and first floor room. Room was clean. Could use refreshing of paint on doors and woodwork. No complaints, good night's rest.

Decent place to stay for the price.
Pros:

Check-in was easy.
First floor room was sizable and comfortable.

Cons:

Very musty smell in my room.
More detailed cleaning is needed like dusting around the whole room.
My daughter's 2nd floor room was not as quiet, she could feel in the floor a neighboring tenant walking around.

Bed and Shower were very good, but Internet needs some improvement
Pros:

Very good Bed and Shower. Didn’t use the breakfast.

Cons:

The WiFi could not stay on for more than 15 minutes. At first couldn’t get on internet, went to office and was told, you can’t get on line here this is the office internet. There WIFI would come on and go off and another site would be on but not the Motel.

Putney Inn Beware before Booking!!!
Pros:

Cons:

Upon arrival there was a phone number taped to the check in desk to call for a person to show up to check you in & she arrived 10 mins after calling.

The women preceded to ask for my license & CC to check in. She stated the booking in my name was showing on her computer but started arguing that the payment was not.

I preceded to call Booking and the agent spoke with her and explained as clear as day the payment was processed and issued to them. I even showed my bank receipt for the charge and she was not having it.

Mine you its 8pm I just drove 6hrs and she's telling me I have no room unless I pay for the room again which I had no other choice but to be charged again. There are no other accommodations close by & she is well aware of that.

I booked thru Booking.com and was charged for this overnight stay 2wks before arrival. I contacted booking when I got home & they issued me a full refund & also is doing a full investigation because I am not the 1st person this has happened to.
Please be weary if booking at the Putney Inn!

Even with the internet issue I would book with them again.
Pros:

Location was good. Very quiet. The shower was clean and huge.

Cons:

Internet connection was not good, had to keep logging in. The shower although big had no safety bars also no seat as a person who has bad knees a seat would make it excellent. Not something a handicap person would be able to use unless they had their own shower chair. Also there was no counter space for your toiletries.
