Pros:

The breakfast was something we liked. The room was nice size and very clean.

Cons:

The lighting in the room seems very dim especially in the bathroom area. There were several dark areas of the room. It felt like you were in a dark closet. Also, when you used the shower it did not drain properly. By the end of the shower you were standing in water a couple of inches deep.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The location was great for us as the family we were there to see were located in Chippewa .
Breakfast was pretty normal.

Cons:

Two comfortable chairs would have been nice so my wife and I could have been more comfortable when watching TV.

This was so fun and an inexpensive little getaway!
Pros:

We went to play in the pool area for the day and it did not disappoint! Rooms were clean and very comfortable and a good layout. The breakfast was awesome and well put together with plenty of room to sit.

Cons:

This did not bug us as we also had a child having fun, but be prepared for noisy happy children in the hallways and pool area.

The room felt very clean and well kept.

Cons:

The front desk worker, Naomi, was very rude when greeting us into the hotel. We had just come off of a long travel day, checking in at 11 pm. She did not greet us kindly or make us feel welcome. She glanced at us as we walked in and told us that she was "glad we were finally there" because she wasn't sure if we were ever going to check in as it was getting late. She also made a point to say that she had the power to cancel our room because she was trying to charge my card before we got there and it was declining. She explained that "she was nice and didn't cancel our room but she could have" and was very rude and brash. I will not be booking at this hotel in the future and if it hadn't been so late at night, I would have asked for a refund and gone to a different hotel. I hope Naomi can learn to treat the customers with respect, as you never know what someone has going on in their lives.

The pools were fun.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff refilled everything fast. Loved that pancake maker.

Cons:

No elevator. That should have been mentioned somewhere. If it was i didn't notice. I had trouble with stairs , and going up and down them bit.
