Very nice staff, customer focus.
My initial room the AC did not work, moved to a room didn’t have security box and TV the 3rd day was not working. Improvement on towels , sheets and floor cleaning and curtain at shower can improve.
All that said, staff was extremely flexible, and fast to fix all issues.
With all above mentioned, I will stay in the Hotel again. Staff was great.

This is our go-to hotel whenever in Managua, for many years now. Unique rooms, nothing cookie cutter. Always a plessant surprise. Walk to large mall, safe, beautiful palm springs-like neighborhood.

I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago and I had an excellent impression of it in all aspects. However ins this last stay, I did not like that much no more. The bathroom needs mold to be removed. The sink is NOT appropriate for the room. It needs a deeper sink.
TV is another is another thing. I never received an explanation of how to use the 3 controls for TV. I could not connect to NETFLIX, or AMAZON PRIME. The internet signal is super poor where my room was located. I had to walk to dining room to get a good signal. Need attention on this because it was very hard for me to work in the computer.

Everything else was Excelent, I think the property management needs to put more attention in cleanliness, internet, sink, and recheck TV options

I have stayed at this property fo several times during the years. I always come back as I like its location, friendly staff, and nice and unique rooms. This time, however, I was dissappointed on the level of noise, and worse, the noise that was created by what I pressume were other guests. I checked in to the hotel very late at night after a very tiring flight. And around 6am, people came knocking on my door, and ran with laughter. It was annoying. There was also noise all around. I could not rest. Not a great experience. ☹️

Hotel Contempo is my "go to" hotel in Managua. Not only is it a great price point but the rooms are clean and comfortable, there are lots of areas in the hotel to sit and enjoy quiet and relaxation, the food is delicious and the staff is so friendly. I travel with my dog and they always welcome her. The parking is easy and location very convenient. This stay their staff went more than beyond for me when my truck wouldn't start. Their willingness to help, kindness and smiles is just the extra that makes me want to go back everytime. Thank you for all of your help this trip. If you are ever in Managua and want a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay, Hotel Contempo is the place to go.
