A nice pleasant stay, hotel location is excellent.
Pros:

Close to subway station. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by . Big department stores opposite the road . Staff very friendly.

Pros:

The hotel is great, close to subway and bus stop. Hotel's downstairs also has convenient store and café. Room size also good, comfortable for 2 person.

Not recommended at all
Pros:

The location was good around food and coffee shops

Cons:

The room is not clean as we was expected , no ventilation system, AC not working and outside temperature is hot 💔we asked front desk to open the air conditione according to them it’s not working , we left the hotel after check in without staying we couldn’t tolerate suffocation and hot weather

Understand it is end of winter and breezy at night, but allowing air conditioning to breeze and better airflow should be applicable. Bathroom can be better as now need to climb few stairs to get into bathtub to get shower is a bit risky if with elderly

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient.

Cons:

The AC/Heating unit is controlled by the hotel. Even in April they had it set to heat, we could not turn on the air conditioning in our room which was uncomfortable at night as it got hot and stuffy in the room. If you open the window, it is a little noisy from the street below.
