Would stay here again
Pros:

We have stayed in this hotel several times - we think it's great value for money and very clean. It is very close to the Centum City metro station, the Centum City shopping mall, and Bexco is across the road. There is a CU and GS25 downstairs, which is super convenient. Staff are generally professional and can speak English. I find the female staff friendlier than the male staff. However, on this occasion, we want to give a special thanks to Front Desk Manager Kwun Lee, who went out of his way to accommodate the extension of my stay at the hotel when I wasn't feeling well. This was really appreciated.

Cons:

Although the room has cooking facilities (an induction stove), we were informed that cooking is not permitted unless staying in a suite. This seems unusual, as it limits the use of the amenities provided in the room. The shower is strong but leaks onto the floor, so you have to be very careful every time to avoid a wet floor.
