Pros:

服務人員親切，我們住尊爵雙人房，空間真的不錯大。以價格來說CP值真的很高，地點很好，旁邊就是新世界百貨（有最大汗蒸幕）、樂天百貨，走出去幾步就有地鐵站，樓下有早餐、咖啡店、便利超商，對面有麵包店、飲料店，對面樓上還有知名的豬肉湯飯，後面過個馬路也有奧力芙漾，晚上回飯店如果他還沒關門還可以衝去補貨。不過我們訂房的時候沒有注意到，這一區他比較像是高級精品區，餐廳或物價也都比較貴。
房間就有洗手台，冰箱很大甚至有獨立的冷凍區間，有中島，討論事情很方便。
每天都一定補兩瓶礦泉水，沒拿走舊的也會補。
隔音很好。

這家飯店稍老舊，不到真的老，但就不是那種很新的。
我比較在意的是清潔的問題，桌面上或鏡面上看起來都有一些污漬，以為是沒有清潔，但自己其實也擦不掉。
熱水壺 雖然是飛利浦的，但瓶身居然是塑膠的，我也不敢用。
雖然有簡易廚房，但沒有任何鍋具，所以除非你自己帶鍋子來，不然也做不了什麼。

即使有一些小缺點，但這個價格這個地點，我是覺得還ok啦
去海灘還是要搭車才到得了喔

Pros:

We really liked the size of the room and the kitchen it was spacious and had everything we needed. We also appreciated that the room was checked every day and that the towels were changed daily. It made our stay very comfortable.

Cons:

It could just use a little touch-up with the cleaning, but otherwise everything looks great!

Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. It was perfect for 2-3 people. 24/7 availability of reception is fantastic. There's a convenience store inside the hotel foyer was really great for late night meals. Short walk away from the subway station.

這次入住的經驗非常糟糕，整體感覺完全不像網上照片呈現的那樣，酒店設施陳舊且保養極差，強烈建議大家訂房前三思。
以下是此次入住遇到的具體問題：
1) 冷氣系統嚴重不足： 從進入大堂的那一刻起就感到悶熱，冷氣幾乎感受不到，這狀況甚至延續到電梯內，進出酒店簡直像在洗三溫暖。
2) 衛生狀況堪憂： 進房後發現廁所地板明顯有水漬，最誇張的是掀開馬桶蓋，竟然還殘留著上一手留下的毛髮與污垢，衛生清理完全不合格,馬桶甚至有裂紋。
3) 惱人的噪音問題： 夜間入睡時，牆內不斷傳出陣陣渠聲，再加上房內感應燈（sensor light）不時發出「達達」的干擾聲，整晚幾乎無法安穩入眠。
4) 電梯等待時間冗長： 電梯數量不足或調度極差，每次等電梯都花費相當長的時間，非常浪費時間。
5)貨不對辦： 酒店整體設施已經相當老舊，與網上看到的照片有明顯落差，給人一種被欺騙的感覺。

唯一的優點：
整間房的空間確實足夠大，這或許是唯一能給予的一點正面評價，但絕對無法彌補上述諸多嚴重的硬體與衛生缺失。
