Pros:

とても景色が良く綺麗なホテルでスタッフさん皆さんみんな親切でした。
夜のバーも美味しく頂きました。
朝食も種類があり美味しかったです！

一人で来ていた御老人にも朝食案内を丁寧にしていて、娘と良いスタッフさんばかりだねと話しながら朝食食べました。

Pros:

Une chambre de belle dimension avec une vue panoramique à couper le souffle. Le staff est pro et efficace. Un hôtel de très bon standing bien situé pour rayonner à Yokohama avec la gare de Sakuragicho juste à côté. Toutes les commodités à côté ( food court, supermarché, centre commercial dans le même complexe)

お客さんの目線、立場で考えられてない❗️
Pros:

朝食は色々選べて良かった。

Cons:

ホテルロビーまでの案内が殆ど無く、初めて来た人は、エレベーターを探すのに困る。
また、色んな角度から来た時に、案内を目立つ方法で有れば、良いと思う、このままなら2度と泊まりたく無い。

Pros:

L'emplacement proche de la gare de Sakurachigo.
Chambre avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Yokohama.
La chambre était confortable et spacieuse pour Yokohama. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien, plats variés et viennoiseries pour ceux qui préfèrent un petit déjeuner continental.
