En dehors du problème de douche tout était très bien
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et disponible

Cons:

D’avoir réservé une chambre supérieur afin de bénéficier d’une salle de bain avec une grande douche voir photo pour au final avoir eu une douche bac. Si j’avais su j’aurai réservé une chambre Classic

Krasna Stresa s ubytovaním vo veľmi dobrej lokalite
Pros:

Vyborná poloha v centre, blízko pristavu na vylet na Boromejské ostrovy, blizko promenády, možnosť nechať batožinu aj po odhlasení z hotela, milý personal a veľmi bohaté chutné raňajky.

Cons:

Uvitali by sme kanvicu na izbe, ale nebola v cene ubytovania. Inak nič.

Very good location. In city centre. Near port and it the middle of pedestrian street. Our room was ready around 11am so se easily checked in. Breakfast Is very good.

Parking a 2 minutes payant mais 10 euros les 24h en passant par l'hôtel

La colazione è stata ottima abbondante e varietà in dolci e salata.
Il personale è stato professionale e anche simpatici.
Lo stesso vale per il personale alla Reception e le addette alle pulizie.

Cons:

Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto il caffè erogato da macchine.

Good location for train station and ferry terminal.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean.

Cons:

Lighting in room was a bit dark and air conditioning was centrally controlled. Neither of these things weren’t big issues!

Practical.
Pros:

Excellent location. We travel with our pet and the room had a balcony so it was perfect. You can easily walk to the port where you take the boats to the other islands.
