Bella località, struttura non nuovissima ma ben tenuta adatta a famiglie. Personale molto cortese e buona cucina.

Good option to stay
Pros:

We appreciated the free parking, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the overall mountain surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, creating a very relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

The location is quite high up in the mountains, and the curved mountain roads can be challenging, especially if you need to drive up and down multiple times during your stay.
Breakfast was okay but not impressive. A recurring issue was that many guests didn’t know how to operate the coffee machine, and the staff often stood chatting in the corner instead of helping. A simple solution would be to print a short step‑by‑step instruction sheet and place it next to the machine, which would make mornings much smoother for everyone.
Wifi was poor (high speed with poor quality that didn't work most of the time)

L'accoglienza, tutti i servizi, i sorrisi..nonché la struttura sia interna che esterna compresa la zona dedicata alla spa..

Spazio dance dedicato anche per gli adulti non solo per i più piccoli, ma questo è semplicemente un giudizio mio personale..

Staff cordiale, gentile e molto disponibile.

Cons:

L'hotel vanta di una buona posizione e di vari servizi utili per le famiglie, ma necessita di una rimodernata in quanto le camere sono abbastanza datate, così anche la piscina e l'area bimbi.
Offrono un kit per i bimbi piccoli, ma i materiali offerti sono di scarsa qualità.

Lo staff paziente, gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione e cena. I bambini si sono divertiti tanto. Intrattenimento anche dopo cena. Gli adulti si potevano rilassare molto.
Bella anche la spa.

Ottime asciugamani e teli.
Convenzioni con moda sport e scuola sciistica. Gratuita la card del trentino.
Accoglienza fantastica. Di certo torneremo

Tostapane un pò sporco per uso di altri utenti
Nota dolente .. il passaggio dalla spa agli appartamenti. La zona di collegamento è fredda e passare in accappatoio magari bagnati risulta poco piacevole.

Piacevole scoperta di questo favoloso family hotel
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, staff eccezionale, ottima colazione e cena, spa e piscina a disposizione, personale sempre cordiale e gentile, animazione e intrattenimento per i bimbi molto divertenti.
Le strutture sono collegate da un comodo tunnel sotterraneo per spostarsi ovunque senza dover uscire.
Parcheggio in loco.
Vicinanza alle piste da sci.

Cons:

La nostra stanza, seppur ben pulita e ordinata, necessita di qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione, la doccia non era in perfette condizioni.
Il materasso andrebbe cambiato, sottile e non proprio comodo.
