Verstaubtes Hotel an guter Lage. Wir haben ein Exekutive Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer hatte weder eine Dusche noch einen Flachbildschirm und eine leere Minibar. Ausserdem war der Geschmack in Zimmer 2 unerträglich. Nach einer Nacht konnten wir in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln, inklusive Dusche. Wie ein 1.85 Mann in der Badewanne duschen soll, stellte uns vor ein Rätsel. Das neue Zimmer war ganz OK mit 4 Sterne hat es aber nichts zu tun. Frühstück war gut und die Lage tiptop.
Hôtel d’exception, réceptionniste tellement gentille et attentionnée, petit déjeuner incroyable dans un cadre merveilleux, je reviendrais prochainement !

Hotel muito bem localizado, praticamente no centro de Lyon, Dependências, super limpas, quarto confortável, decoração histórica, que nos remete à séculos passados, com muita arte e leveza. Atendimento atencioso, bastante humanizado,. Destacamos a delicadeza da bandeja de chá, à nossa disposição no quarto, aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro e um café da manhã delicioso, o conforto recompesou em muito as escadas para acessar o apartamento. O Bayard Bellecour é um hotel que faz a gente se sentir em casa! Recomendamos!

Muhteşem bir konumda. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Kesinlikle öneririm.
Oda biraz küçük. Tatil için odayı sadece uyku için kullanacaklar adına sıkıntı olmaz ama vakit geçirmek isteyen olursa alan sınırlı. Küvet odanın içinde tuvalette sadece klozet var. Bizim için problem değil ama belirtmekte fayda var.
