Pros:

Das Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe fürs Detail (z.B. Lichtschalter) frisch renoviert, in typisch französischem Stil (Blumentapeten, Samtvorhänge) und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage direkt beim Place Bellecour mit seinen diversen Metro- und Buslinien ist ideal. Vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar (z.B. Vieux Lyon, das allerdings sehr touristisch ist, oder die Presqu’île) und sonst sind die verschiedenen Quartiere mit dem ÖV einfach zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und wird in einem sympathisch dekoriertem Raum serviert. Wir würden das nächste Mal in Lyon wieder im Hotel Bayard Bellecour übernachten.

Perfect short Lyon stay launchpad
Pros:

Great location, easy metro from the central train station, enjoyed the toile du jouy decor and breakfast when we ate in. Also very nice toiletries and deep bath, and appreciated the kettle in the room.

Loved it. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Amazing location. Walkable to everything in central Lyon including some amazing restaurants and sites. We loved our stay there.

Cons:

All was really good but we were in one of the two story rooms and it was a bit dark. All good in the end.
