Cons:

freundlicher, aber unprofessioneller Service beim Abendessen, Aperitif kam zeitgleich mit Vorspeise, Wein und Wasser erst zum Hauptgang, falsche, zusätzliche Rechnungsposition.

Pros:

j’ai apprécié l’emplacement, la disponibilité du personnel à l’accueil, le massage et le petit déjeuner .ainsi que le repas du soir au restaurant . La chambre était très chouette .

Cons:

Le soir le personnel au départ était un peu tiède. Ensuite super. Je regrette juste qu’on ne m’ait pas proposé comme apéritif de goûter le vin du château . Au petit déjeuner j’ai dû m’occuper de rajouter de l’eau dans la cafetière et le ravitaillement tardait un peu . Mais les produits étaient de qualité même si pas locaux .

Reposant et esthétiquement magnifique !
Pros:

Le lieu est incroyable, un havre de paix à Chambéry et la piscine est très agréable.
Les personnels de l’hôtel et du restaurant sont particulièrement sympathiques et chaleureux.

Cons:

À défaut d’être logés dans la bâtisse principale, nous avons hérité d’une chambre située dans une annexe, confortable certes mais inattendue !

Tutto. Ci hanno viziati con un upgrade sulla camera, che era davvero molto bella, spaziosa e ricca di fascino. Anche il personale molto gentile e professionale. Luogo tranquillo e letto comodissimo, quindi abbiamo riposato bene Siamo rimasti decisamente soddisfatti!

Cons:

Solo un po' difficile trovare la struttura soprattutto di sera. Forse sarebbe utile mettere qualche cartello in più...

Lovely Real Chateau Exoerience
Pros:

Lovely spacious room with tea and coffee making facilities. Dogs alowed every where with us. Poo bags and biins well positioned. Great walks round the geounds. Spacious bathroom. Old-chic atmosphere. Very pleasant.

Cons:

The ambient lightting was a bit too low in the communal areas and especially the restaurant. I think it was because it was a buusy period between Christmas and New Year that the waiters were sometimes a bit forgetful.
