Interesting place, great staff, great location!
Pros:

Staff were polite, friendly, informative, very pleasant. The courtyard was nice and the location was very pretty. The room was clean. Safety of the place was good!

Cons:

The bathroom could have done with a bit of a refurb.

Stanza con vista sul canale ed un bellissimo terrazzino (quasi) privato.

Stanza molto grande.

Posizione ottima per chi vuole stare a Venezia senza essere assorbito dal delirio dei turisti.

Cons:

Struttura piuttosto vecchia e per alcuni dettagli un po' cadente (a me non dispiace, ma potrebbe dar fastidio): crepe lungo i muri e i soffitti, arredamento piuttosto vecchio...insomma, la sensazione di uno splendore passato diciamo...

Stanza molto grande, calda e pulita, letti comodi. Posizione estremamente tranquilla, centrale ma fuori dal caos dei turisti.
Il prezzo è allineato a quelli di altre strutture per il Carnevale, quindi non economico ma ci sta.

Cons:

Come consiglio costruttivo monterei una TV e sostituirei la vasca da bagno con un piatto doccia.

Personnel gentil. Propre. Très calme. Extrêmement bien situé pour Lido ou Arsenale / Giardini.
Pros:

Extrêmement bien situé pour la Mostra del Cinema et la Biennale Architettura. Quartier très calme. Chambre meublée simplement mais propre. Personnel gentil.

Tutto complessivamente.

Cons:

Le feroci zanzare venete, le coperte di lana forse minate da qualche insetto, la mancanza di una colazione. Per il resto l'Hotel Sant'Anna è il top della gamma.
