Schönes Hotel am Rande der Innenstadt mit herrschaftlichem Ambiente
Pros:

Die Lage, die gepflegte Ausstattung, ein sehr gutes Frühstück in einem schönen Frühstückssaal und die Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel
Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang sowie Verabschiedung!

Cons:

Die Größe unseres Zimmers bot sich nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt an.

Not as advertised, all a bit odd.
Pros:

Breakfast OK. Location good and Moulins delightful. Not much choice, staff doing their best but rushed. Had to wait for previous guest's table to be cleared. Excellent parking, lovely decor, nice atmosphere with comfy air conditioned room.

Cons:

On website and Booking.com said there was a restaurant on site. Turns out there is not and has not been for some time. Staff embarrassed explaining this while admitting the details on web etc did say there was. ~Town centre 10 min walk and excellent restaurants there- good for us but would be a disaster for less able guests who had been misled as we were.
Whole place very well done to high standard but gave the air of somewhere limping along under false pretences until it was expedient to close it down. Delightful staff very hassled, overworked and embarrassed.

An amazing property and well worth a longer stay- the room and staff were fantastic

Je souhaitais passer une excellente soirée, me reposer, et ce fut un fiasco.
Pros:

Le cadre, la décoration intérieure du salon et de la salle à manger
Le professionnalisme du jeune personnel, seul pour répondre aux attentes de la clientèle.
Le fait de pouvoir laisser ma voiture au parking pendant mes visites.

Cons:

L'absence des propriétaires ou tout le moins d'une personne responsable de cet établissement.
L'absence de restaurant qui m'a contrainte à repartir dîner en ville par plus de 37°...
La climatisation d'un autre âge, très, très bruyante... m'empêchant de dormir.
Les moquettes des couloirs mériteraient un coup de neuf.
Le ménage laissant à désirer (poussière sur les tables de chevet par ex.) mais le personnel peu nombreux semble être partout : petits-déjeuners, accueil, facturation, entretien...
Le petit-déjeuner onéreux eu égard de l'offre.

Petit hôtel très mignon avec un personnel aux petits soins.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist angenehm in einem Garten mit grossem, altem Baumbestand gelegen und ist doch nur 500m vom Zentrum entfernt. Das alte, geschichtsträchtige Haus strahlt viel Charme aus. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und willkommen.

Das Zimmer war grosszügig und ruhig (zum Garten hin), die Betten bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Gerne wieder.
