Important information:

Parking is available on-site against a surcharge of EUR 15 per 24 hours. When using the private parking space, car keys need to be handed in at the reception and will be returned when checking-out.

Pros:

Posizione centrale e comodo per raggiungere fermata degli autobus (una si trova proprio sotto l'hotel) e stazione. Zona piena di locali. Staff cortese.

Cons:

Camera che affaccia sulla via principale un pò rumorosa. Mancanza di un bollitore e macchina del caffè.

Schlimm, Reise noch am Abend abgebrochen
Pros:

Die Lage in der Mitte der Altstadt ist genial. Wenige Schritte und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Tolle Stadt.
Parken bei Q-Park direkt nebenan - Sauber hell und online planbar, selbst bei Auslastung sicherer Parkplatz - perfekt.

Die Matratzen wären wohl gut gewesen ...

Cons:

Das Zimmer - Nr.149 - schlimm.

Als "kleines Doppelzimmer" in altehrwürdigem Hotel gebucht.
Das ist sogar die Wirklichkeit.
Hellhöriger Altbau, direkte Nähe zum Aufzug, und KAUM 9 M² für zwei Personen + Bad.
Da ist IM ANSATZ KEIN PLATZ FÜR KOMFORT.
Ein 160x200er Bett nebst Tischchen und Mini-Schrank am Fußende und max. 1/2 Meter Platz umlaufend. KEIN Platz für Koffer, Keine Sitzmöglichkeit(en).
Fenster zum dunklen Lichtschacht, kaum 2 m zum Nachbarn gegenüber. KEINE Lüftung oder AC oder ähnliches.

Sauberkeit - eine Ameise begrüßt uns unter dem Kopfkissen, später noch etwas größeres, undefiniertes, krabbelndes Getier, einige Spinnweben an der Decke samt Zubehör, deutliches Schimmelproblem an der Duschabtrennung.

Das alles für knapp 200 €, mit Frühstück und Abgaben !!!

Frühstück können wir leider nicht bewerten.
Nach dem ersten Schock kam nur noch Abendessen in der Stadt, und Auschecken, sprich - Reise abgebrochen.
Den Geschäftstermin hatten wir zum Glück schon am Nachmittag.

Eine falsche Entscheidung, die wir so nicht wiederholen werden.
Nächstes Mal werden wir wohl eher wieder außerhalb zum Van der Valk - Hoogkerk gehen.

Pech für uns, dass das Haus auch noch voll war mit lebhaften Gruppen jüngerer Menschen - kann aber immer passieren.

Sehr, sehr kleines Zimmer.
Sehr hellhörig. ( Wir hatten das erste Zimmer im Flur, alle mussten vorbei ).

Bathrooms are ridiculously tiny. Not enough hooks to hang towels, clothes, etc. Breakfast is very expensive.

Lokalizacja hotelu. Śniadanie ok, nie super, ale jak na holenderskie hotele ok. Groningen beautiful.

Goed hotel op een fijne locatie!
Pros:

Heel aardig personeel, super goede locatie, goed ontbijt, fijne zachte bedden!

Cons:

De badkamer was zeer klein. We hebben met het douchegordijn open moeten douchen, want anders was het heel erg klein.

Prima hotel metmooie details
Pros:

Leuk uitzicht en we kregen een upgrade naar een iets grotere kamer. Bed was erg comfortabel

Entree is niet echt rolstoel of kinderwagen vriendelijk.

Niet echt spraakmakend verblijf , ontbijt was heerlijk maar wel aan de prijs !!
Pros:

Een heerlijk ontbijt , wat ook wel mag want dit was wel aan de prijs ,en het personeel was vriendelijk!

Cons:

Twee nachten onrustig geslapen ivm lawaai op de gang/ hal bij onze kamer ,die ook nog eens geüpgraded was !nachtportier geprobeerd te bellen, geen gehoor , toe zelf de jongelui om vier uur ‘s nachts een repremande gegeven!!
Jammer dat de nachtportier niet beter oplet wie of hoe iemand binnenkomt, met veel drank op helaas !!

Amazing staff and location is super convenient for town.

Cons:

Rooms are shabby or worn / Bathroom was icky. The hotel needs investment and bring up to standard. Felt more like a €70 > €80 p/n hotel not €140+ (parking in the hotel car park costs nearly €20 p/n making it a very expensive hotel for shoddy rooms and a rock hard bed.
