Personalul și micul dejun. Locația este și ea ok. Nu este departe de centru.

Cons:

Saltelele de la paturi și nu au un loc amenajat și pentru fumători. Ca sa stai în usa de la întrarea hotelului ca să bei o cafea și sa fumezi nu este ok.

Superbe stay. A bit out of the way, but excellent.
Pros:

The staff were EXCELLENT.

Cons:

The room smelt, as the lift did, of must , dampness, but that was easily sorted out by fresh air!

Decepcionante.
Pros:

Estava limpa, porém não totalmente. Havia uma aranha e teias de aranha enorme no teto. Tive que chamar uma funcionária pra poder me ajudar, e ela mal entendia o que eu falava pois não conseguia falar inglês

Cons:

Além de não ter nada a ver com a foto que está no aplicativo, a cama era extremamente desconfortável, ela ficava caindo pra um lado. O quarto muito pequeno e praticamente sem nenhuma entrada de ar. Me sentia sufocada, sem contar que eu quando cheguei pedi para trocar de quarto, porém nem a recepcionista e nem o outro recepcionista falavam inglês, e depois ela disse que não tinha quarto disponível. O outro recepcionista quando eu tentei interagir, foi inclusive super mal educado. Ao invés de tentar ajudar, ele foi rude e nem sequer tentou interagir comigo ou usar algum tipo de tradutor.

Pros:

Rezervacija Windsor hotela nam se pokazala kao top pogodak! Pozicija hotela nedaleko centra, ljubazno i susretljivo osoblje, čista posteljina i dobri madraci.Svakako preporučamo doručak koji je izvrstan i raznolik, a za njega izdvojite samo 9.5 eura!!!

Smelly room with uncomfortable bed, no dog water bowl

Close enough to the HBF train station. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Room stank of cigarettes, not very clean. Bed uncomfortable and terrible pillows.
Most annoying - I have been charged 10 Euros extra for my dog, which is standard and fair enough. However, there wasn't even water bowl in the room. Everywhere I've been there has been water bottle and some even had a dog bed.
Overall I have not had much sleep because of how uncomfortable bed was so I don't recommend as it is not worth the price paid.
