Die Gastgeber sind besonders freundlich und die Pansion ist zu empfehlen. Frische Handtücher jeden 2. Tag, tgl. aufbetten. Sehr sauber und nett. Ronvinj lässt grüßen.

Preis-Leistung wirklich sehr gut, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, sehr sauberes und ansprechendes Haus, ruhige Wohngegend, Entfernung zur Stadt bzw. zum nächsten Strand mit dem Rad sehr gut, auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen!

Sehr gepflegte Pension mit sehr herzlichen und bemühten Eigentümern. Gerne wieder!

Una bella atmosfera famigliare ci ha accolto al Pansion Comfort Exclusive, dove soggiorniamo già per la seconda volta. La simpatica signora che gestisce l’hotel parla perfettamente varie lingue ed è sempre molto attenta, cordiale e simpatica. Abbondanti le colazioni, spaziose le stanze e comoda la location con ampio parcheggio; il centro è raggiungibile anche a piedi in ca. 20 min o noleggiando una bici direttamente in albergo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Abbiamo trascorso 7 notti e ci siamo trovati bene. Le camere sono piccole, ma sono molto pulite e dotate di aria condizionata e di una comodissima terrazza. Le uniche pecche sono il Wi-Fi praticamente inutilizzabile e che non accattano le carte per il pagamento, solo contanti.
Per quello che abbiamo pagato considero la soluzione molto vantaggiosa.

We stayed in an apartment in the annex - which is a separate location from the main property. It had two large bedrooms and a nice kitchen. Lydja and her husband were wonderful, helpful hosts. This apartment is only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and the waterfront. There are also grocery stores nearby to stock the kitchen. It was everything we were looking for in Rovinj - which we loved.

When we first arrived, our check in was very smooth and the receptionist extremely helpful. After one night's stay however, there was an issue with the plumbing in the shower - the water did not drain, and the entire room smelt terrible from the pipes backing up. When we asked to be moved rooms, the new receptionist told us that if we 'didn't like it (we) could leave'. We were not allowed to change rooms and received no discount on the price even though the room was extremely unsanitary and smelled bad in the heat. We were unable to leave as there were no comparable vacancies anywhere else. The next day, one of the beds was also not made and the receptionist did not come back to us (despite having promised she would look into the issue).

受付の人がとても親切な方だった。朝食も美味しい。旧市街から離れているため、レンタカーだったために駐車場があることはとても便利だった。旧市街までは車で１０分ほどで行けるのでとても便利です。

This hotel worked great for us. They were able to arrange a ground floor room which saved the day as it saved the stairs. The room was very nice with plenty of space. Both room and bath were sparkling clean. Breakfast was delicious and the owner sent us off with fresh grapes from the arbor outside.

A walk to the beach was a terrific way to wrap up a day of site-seeing in Rovinj. The Adriatic in early September was a fantastic swim. The water was clear and comfortable. A typical Croatian pebble beach, with umbrellas, lounges and refreshments, we were treated to a beautiful sunset.

We stayed at this pension for 6 days and we enjoyed it. We took a suite which was spacious and clean and it even had a balcony big enough for two persons to sit and have a drink and chat.
The bathroom was tidy and it had a window, which was a big plus. The towels aren't exchanged daily, however the few times in a week that they were changed worked fine for us.
As extras I'd mention the safe in the room and the free wifi. The latter is useful for checking some webpages, but otherwise slow and unreliable becasue it's (presumably) overcrowded.

The breakfast was ok, but didn’t impress since it lacked variety. I think I mostly ate croissants and yoghurt with a fried egg every now and then. My partner had toast with marmalade. Other options were fruit (bananas, apples, peaches), cheese & ham, olives & pickled cucumbers. Each day had a main type of food on offer, one of fried eggs, omlet or sausages.
The cold cuts and sliced cheese didn't look particularly appetizing, but in fairness, when we visited the supermarkets the offer wasn't that great either, so it might be that they are hard to source.

The location turned out to be a plus, even though if you check the map you'll see it's a bit far away from the city center. It took us around 35 minutes to get to the Old Town, which is ok, especially if that's your evening walk. It is, however, close to the beach. A trip to the beach takes around 10-15 minutes, depending where you want to settle. You'll do most of the walk in the pine forest, so this will be quite refreshing. We found a very nice beach (20-25 min from the pension by foot) which was great for snorkeling. So it is definitely recommended to go a bit further away, down the path opposite to the town center to find better spots for sunbathing or snorkeling.

There's plenty of parking spaces, which is useful because you'll need a car since there's no public transport in the area.

All in all, we were happy with the place.

This small "pansion" is very well locate, not too far from the centre and quite close to the coastal park.
Room was quite big with a bathroom (both very clean) and a small balcony.
Breakfast was very good. They also rent bicycles at very resonable prices.
The personnel was nice. What do you want more?? :-)

I know, AC is not,that common here and I should be thankful it is even there, but it was around 36C (upper 90s F) and the AC tried, but we ended up just opening the door... The outside air was cooler by far. That was great, but by sunrise (5 a.am.), that open door was a problem.

The rest of the room was fine. The service was ok... Being told to go eat and check out after breakfast so the woman in charge could tackle email was a minor annoyance.

The wifi was not very fast at all... My 2G mifi provided better service.

We were there five nights and we got good and nice services. Our need was to have a parking place for our motorbikes and we can have a breakfast in the morning. We also managed to change our first booking there.

Pleasant, helpful owners. Varied breakfast. Walking distance to large seaside park. 20 minutes walk to town centre but there is parking for those with vehicle. Single beds and bedding on the small side for north american standards and mattresses need comfort upgrade. Overall good 3 star accommodation.
