It was a lovely week, the hotel stay was wonderful, everything was well organized, the staff and the service in general... Thank you.

A great hotel in a nice area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast was great with a good variety to chose from. And the restaurant was a great place for dinner and a drink after a long day of sightseeing. Excellent pisco sours! I would stay here again if I return to Santiago

Hotel moderno, boas instalações e ótima localização em região segura e bonita. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções quentes, mas em geral as comidas são de qualidade. Adoramos e recomendamos. Voltaria com certeza.

Very nice hotel, not far from a massive shopping mall and many restaurants

Amenities were good. The service was very good. I liked the restaurant, very convenient. The one downside was that there was construction of some sort in the building, at times where I could hear tapping or even very loud equipment. Also I had difficulty plugging in my wall chargers: there were outlets that did not seem to allow my adapter to fit into the holes, and other outlets which did not work on the last day of our stay for some reason. Other than that it was wonderful and a great location.

Amazing hotel. Super friendly staff, good breakfast, great location. A couple of blocks away from metro station on the red line. Super convenient but also very calm neighborhood.

Você que está procurando um hotel para ficar em Santiago, pode parar de procurar, você já encontrou. Este aqui é uma jóia, localizado no bairro mais lindo da cidade (calmo, arborizado, cheio de praças, parques e cafés). O quarto é confortável e a recepção é extremamente simpática e solícita (prontamente guardaram várias malas após o check out). Único espaço para melhoria seria no banheiro (box um tanto apertado e água do chuveiro com pouca pressão) e no café da manhã (que poderia ter mais opções veganas). Fora isso, excelente!

Fint hotell i lugnt och säkert läge. Topp restaurant! Möblerna lätt slitna, annars dock bra rum. God frukost, mycket trevlig personal och excellent service!
