Єдиний плюс готелю:

Розташування — площа Таксим.
Поряд безліч закладів / магазинів / поруч метро.


Все інше — не відповідає заявленій категорії, ціні та очікуванням.
За весь мій досвід подорожей до Стамбула (4-й візит) — це найгірший готельний досвід.

Cons:

Ми забронювали панорамний номер у готелі — Super Deluxe (45 м²) з панорамним видом на Стамбул, на 2 особи, і повністю оплатили проживання заздалегідь через Booking.

❗ По приїзду нас без жодного попередження поставили перед фактом, що наш номер «недоступний», і самовільно замінили його на інший. Жодного повідомлення від готелю чи Booking заздалегідь не було, згоди на заміну ніхто не питав.

На рецепції нам повідомили, що номер «кращий і дорожчий», але це виявилося неправдою. Надали номер тієї ж площі, але розрахований на 4 особи, з двома маленькими спальнями замість одного просторого приміщення з панорамними вікнами, яке ми бронювали. Конфігурація номерів принципово різна.

Після звернення на рецепцію жіночий персонал поводився непрофесійно та зневажливо, хоча проблема виникла не з нашої вини. Персонал чоловіків - був привітний.

Наступного дня нам запропонували все ж заселитися у заброньований номер, попередивши, що:
• у ньому проблеми з опаленням
• за потреби нас «можуть переселити знову».

Останні 2 ночі опалення в номері не було зовсім.
Фактично готель продає номер, який не готовий до проживання в холодний сезон.
Реальний стан Super Deluxe номера:
• Опалення не працює (Три батареї повністю холодні)
• Кондиціонер у режимі обігріву неефективний
• У номері холодно, сиро, некомфортно
• Полотенцесушарка холодна — полотенця не висихають, вологі
• Полотенця з дирками
• Грибок на плитці у ванній
• Брудні плями на стінах, відклеєні шпалери
• З трьох ламп у ванній працювала справно лише одна
• Відсутня шумоізоляція
• Загальний стан номера — занедбаний!

За весь час проживання персонал жодного разу не поцікавився чи нам тепло, чи все в порядку. Після конфлікту ставлення було відверто холодним, було некомфортно.

The staff Ahmet was very helpful and nice

Cons:

The female attendant at reception was quite unapproachable and not as happy to help as the male staff. In fact we asked for her to call a taxi and she said we only do that for airport transfers. This is not true as the others called cans for everything.

I would happily stay there again
Pros:

Very good location, next to Taksim and minutes away from metro and buses and main streets

Cons:

The apartment next to mine were very very noisy till 2 am. This was not the mistake of the property. I asked reception to interfere and they did but they terrible neighbors did not give a shit. I would want the hotel to be far more strict and even kick them out as for 3 days big problem but from such bastards you can even get a bad review for doing what is right so I don't blame the hotel.

Pros:

Her şey kesinlikle harika ve güzeldi. Oteli çok sevdim; kendimi ailemin yanında gibi hissettim. Ve Claudia muhteşemdi; çok iyi kalpliydi, harika bir kız kardeşten çok daha fazlasıydı. Ayrıca, Bay Iskandar çok saygılı ve samimiydi, harika bir kişiliğe sahipti; bizi sıcak bir şekilde karşıladı.🥰🥰🥰

Pros:

Lokacija je odlična, ulica mirna, puna radnji, za par minuta ste na Taksimu.

Cons:

Nedostajali su peškiri i kad smo tražili posle par dana smo dobili par malih.
Problem sa parkingom , nalazi se na veoma nepristupacnom mestu i umesto 10e po danu , tražili su 25e. Parking nije od hotela vec samo imaju kombinaciju. Preporuka u okolini ima par dobrih , pravih garaža za oko 15e po danu....i kod klinike Acibadem ima ulični Parking koji se plaća samo u toku dana , od 7 do 19h.

Das Personal war nett und auch hilfsbereit.
Taxi Transfer war Toop!


Von der Ausstattung war es okay
Wohnzimmer: das Sofa ist abgenutzt
Küchen Ausstattung: Schwamm, Spülmittel & Geschirrhandtuch nicht vorhanden.
Schlafzimmer: war gut, Bett ist bequem,
Bad: das Bad war klein, Duschkopf Endeffekt und Handtücher wurden nicht jeden Tag gewechselt.
