Pros:

Incredible view of the chateau from our window. The breakfast was delicious. L’annex was superb. We loved the way the space was decorated and the kitchen had everything we could ever need.

Salle de bains petite avec baignoire oú il était difficile de se doucher debout sans toucher le plafond (1 m72 et 1m76)

A very lovely spot to stay in Amboise.
Pros:

Very cute and comfortable. The staff were incredible, and went out of their way to accommodate us.

Apart from the aircon issue it a great stay and the restaurant was well worth the visit

Cons:

The aircon in our room was in our opinion not working as it should but the staff dismissed our comments saying that because of the heatwave it was as cold as it would get . However we had stayed in 3 different hotels that week before this one and the temps were higher and all their aircon units worked fine !

Also when we arrived at approx 1.30 pm , half an hour before the check in ie between 2 - 3pm the person on reception said that he would phone me to tell us when our room was ready , so we went off for a late lunch but he never phoned . Once we got back just after 3pm a different person on reception told us the room had been ready for sometime .

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, beau jardin bien agréable!
Pros:

Superbe établissement, bâtiment ancien rénové et décoré avec goût, magnifique jardin, très belle chambre spacieuse, propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner parfait, personnel très sympathique, très bien situé !

Not A More Perfect Hotel in Amboise
Pros:

Location, cost, ambience, facilities, staff, food service...this hotel has it all! Especially if you are looking for a hotel for a group that requires multiple rooms. Less than a 5 minute walk from the river and old town area with easy access to all of Amboise's major sites. Will stay here again and again.

Comfortable stay in a charming traditional but refurbished hotel.
Pros:

Loved our stay at Le Clos. Friendly welcome and staff very pleasant. The ambiance throughout is great. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast had good options and was fairly priced. Good bike storage with plugs for charging.

Nothing.
