Pros:

персонал, завтрак.

Cons:

Подземную парковку можно было бы сделать бесплатный а так 15 евро. В 4 утра под окнами начали разгружаться грузовики шум стоял несусветный, не выспались прямо под окнами был магазин Liddle или Aldi. Погрузочная зона.

Idealer Standort für Fahrradtouren in München und in Richtung Süden zu den Seen.
Pros:

Größe und Ausstattung des Business DZ zur Alleinbenutzung; Abstell- und Lademöglichkeiten für E-Bikes; U-Bahnstation in der Nähe; sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Von den beiden Aufzügen war während des sechstägigen Aufenthalts ein Aufzug gar nicht in Betrieb, der zweite ständig defekt, sodass Treppenlaufen mit Gepäck (Koffer, Satteltaschen etc.) angesagt war. Kein Wäscheservice während des Aufenthalts, da Waschmaschine defekt.

Une panne de clim pour la dernière nuit. Mais nous avons pu être relogé dans d'autres chambres, très réactif et volontaire pour trouver des solutions.
Bien situé, proche du métro. Petit déj suffisamment fourni.

Für einen Kurz Aufenthalt völlig ok.
Pros:

Nettes Personal , Frühstück hat alles was man braucht

Cons:

Der Lärm dringt auch durch die Fenster. Im Bett liegt man so als ob man auf Folie liegt ( da man typische Foliengeräusche hört ). Von zwei Fahrstühlen war einer Kaputt. Schlecht wenn man ganz nach oben muß.

No funcionaban los aires acondicionados. Y el Personal del Hotel, Borde No, lo Siguiente.
Pros:

Viajábamos con la familia y reservamos 3 habitaciones, escogimos este hotel porque era de 4 estrellas y tenia aire acondicionado. Pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la mayoría de habitaciones y hacia un calor infernal.
Nos hicieron pagar nada mas llegar y al comprobar que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba no nos dieron opción a cancelar la reserva. Nos cambiaron de habitaciones a otras en las cuales en teoría funcionaba el aire cosa que no era cierta.
La persona que nos atendió no enseño el sistema de control del aire acondicionado en el cual se veia que en la mayoria de habitaciones estaba estropeado y nos decía que en las nuestras si que funcionaba cosa que no era cierta y no queria subir a comprobarlo porque no tenia a nadie mas eso en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Llamamos a Booking y nos atendieron varias personas muy atentas y muy amables, la primera de ellas no consiguió hablar con el Hotel porque no le cogían el teléfono y la segunda consiguió hablar con el hotel y nos dijo que no había nada que hacer que la persona que le había atendido tenia muy mal carácter y no era nada razonable. No hubo forma de que nos arreglaran el aire acondicionado porque segun el personal del hotel si que funcionaba, cosa que no es verdad, porque en los spliters de las habitaciones no funcionaban los ventiladores y no sacaban aire hacia el interior de la habitación. Al final acabamos durmiendo con las ventanas abiertas las 3 noches que pasamos allí porque no hubo otra opción.

Cons:

El Hotel no hace las habitaciones a menos que se lo pidas y aun así las hacen cuando quieren y tampoco cambian las sabanas ni las toallas, y esta catalogado como hotel de 4 Estrellas.

Tienen una nevera que no es nevera porque no tiene compresor sino una célula Peltier que tarda horas en enfriar un poco y encima cuando te vas de la habitación te la apagan y te tiran las botellas de agua que tengas enfriando dentro.

Hemos estado en hoteles de 2 estrellas en Francia de camino a Alemania, infinitamente mejores que este y muchísimo mas baratos. Este hotel no se merece ni una sola estrella.

La comida del desayuno es de muy baja calidad toda industrial y zumos de brick del super.
