Hotel Villa Oriental & Restaurant

Could not get WiFi until early morning.
Need go about 200m to get airport shuttle.

Nice and cozy hotel, but it was incredibly Dirty, as in EXTREMELY Dirty, the were several millimètres of dried diet, hair and other exciting stuff on the entire floor and especially the bathroom floor was filthy. Several inspecta Big and small were squashers on the Wall, and just left there sticky as if it was furniture. The bed was amazing, service was good, very charming design, but it was simply too Dirty on the room floor and bathroom floor for is to come back again unfortunately.

Esperienza pessima, non capisco se quelli che hanno dato una recensione a 5 stelle siano pazzi o solamente dipendenti di quell’hotel.
Partiamo dalle camere, che, lasciatemi dire la verità, facevano schifo! L’ascensore che porta alle camere aveva un forte odore di pipì, e le suole si appiccicavano al pavimento, ciò vuol dire che qualcuno deve avere fatto i suoi bisogni qui più e più volte. Poi le camere erano sporche, pulizia inesistente, lo staff non cambiava le lenzuola, ma le rimetteva solo sopra, macchie in giro, costante puzza e rumori forti e soprattutto presenza di blatte e scarafaggi. Aria condizionata rotta e frigo anche, bagno sporco, con capelli attaccati al lavandino…da brivido! Una costante presenza di tossici che dormono e si drogano in quel luogo, in giardino e nelle camere che probabilmente tu prenoterai. Uscendo dall’hotel ne abbiamo avvistati tanti di tossici, che sono a stretto contatto con i clienti, e l’ultimo giorno una di questi è stata anche portata via dall’ambulanza! Posto super sconsigliato, molto caro per ciò che offre, non torneremo mai più!
P.S. il personale era ok, due dei tre che abbiamo incrociato durante la permanenza erano gentili, l’altro non si è neanche degnato di salutarci in due giorni che ci ha visto entrare e uscire.

Property said it has AC, but it does not. Filthy floors and cockroach traps everywhere. We were only there for 15 minutes and we saw 2 cockroaches. I asked for my money back so we could leave and they would not refund so we left and found another hotel at 10 pm at night. It was that bad. Hotter than hell, no fan and cockroaches. I do not regret leaving I just hope this review saves someone else from wasting their money and time.

Das Zimmer hat einen typisch orientalischen Charakter und man fühlt sich als wäre man irgendwo in Nordafrika in Urlaub. Im Hinterhaus im eg. Zimmer zur Straße raus, was aber meistens im Zentrum üblich ist und bei geschlossenem Fenster ist der Verkehr nicht so laut.

la ubicación es buena, pero la habitación no estaba limpia, sobre todo el baño,pelos en el lavamanos, faltaban objetos decoración en la habitación, mal cuidada en general.

Die Einrichtung ist originell, etwas dunkel und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Steinboden ist kalt. Bett / Bettwäsche ok. Dusche / WC Sauberkeit und Funktion ok. In Dusche / WC leider permanenter Geruch wie von Zigarettenrauch, vermutlich durch Ablauf / Lüftung. Frühstück und Restaurant nicht genutzt, deshalb keine Bewertung. Das Personal am Empfang war freundlich. Check in / out problemlos. Anlass für Aufenthalt: Messe Frankfurt.

Cockroaches. Ants. DIRTY. AC doesn’t work. I’m surprised this hotel is in business and not shut down by health and safety. The doors are always open so you’ll see mice in the halls. When you turn the lights on in the room the cockroaches scatter. And there are ants in the bathroom. Duvets are stained, and have cigarette holes in them. 2” of dust under the beds. This is an absolute nightmare hotel.

Das war sehr unheimlich, die Drecksschicht auf den Oberflächen der Möbel war sehr dick und klebrig, die Nachbarn waren sehr suspekt nach drogendealern aus. Wir hatten lange gewartet im den Schlüssel zu dem Zimmer zu bekommen, weil beim Empfang konnte der Mitarbeiter nicht auf unsere Daten schauen, da das wlan ständig ausgefallen ist, er musste immer wieder zu dem Router gehen und den Stecker ziehen. Alles wirkte sehr verranzt, lange nicht gepflegt, die Bettwäsche mit Löchern, rochen nach Kippen, obwohl die wie gewaschen gewirkt haben.
Ich würde nie mehr dieses Hotel mehr nehmen

Zu weit abgelegen von bus und Bahnen nicht central

An absolute horror. You take a shower and your toilet and the bedroom are fully floaded. Went and told the receptionist and he goes someones will come and fix the problem and that was almost 3 times. Would never recommend to my worsed enimy. An absolute horror 2 nights.

Die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich
und der Nachtportier gab mir von sich aus ein Päckchen Kaffeepulver aus, damit ich mir mit dem.vorhandenen Wasserkocher im Zimmer eine Tasse löslichen Kaffee zubereiten konnte. Den offiziellen Check in hatte ich vorab online erledigt. Mein Zimmer lag im 1. OG (Zwischengeschoss), ging zur Straße raus. Trotzdem war es in der Nacht ruhig und ein Verdunkelungsvorhang sorgte dafür, dass einen das Licht der gegenüber liegenden Stadtbahn-Haltestelle nicht im Schlaf störte. Lediglich der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Außer dem Hotelchef kannte sich jedoch keiner der Angestellten technisch mit der Programm-Einstellung aus und ersterer komme leider immer erst um 11:00 Uhr vormittags zur Check out-Zeit im Hotel an, wie mir von der Rezeption mitgeteilt wurde.Der Duschkopf benötigt ein neues Sicherheits-Ventil, da ansonsten bei Gebrauch immer etwas Wasser seitlich austritt.
Ansonsten hat mir der geschäftliche Kurzaufenthalt von einer
Übernachtungt gut gefallen, vor allem wegen der originellen orientalischen Ausstattung der Duschkabine und des Waschbeckens und wegen des großen, bequemen Bettes mit nicht zu weichen Matratzen. Nur auf das super leckere Frühstück mit persischen Spezialitäten, das ich bei früheren Aufenthalten meist hinzu gebucht hatte, habe ich wegen des hohen Preises von 15.- Euro diesmal verzichtet.
