The staff are very nice, very helpful. The hotel is located very close to the plaza Sultanahmet.

Breakfast no buffet only one plate each person

It is all right for a few days. Hotel rooms are not in good shape and the staff is not very motivated. It is however conventiently located

Terrible place – nothing like the pictures!

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos online are completely misleading – the reality is nowhere near what was shown. The room was dirty, smelled awful, and the furniture was old, filthy, and also had a bad odor. Everything felt neglected and unhygienic.

The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. They didn’t seem to care at all about the guests or any issues we brought up. Overall, the entire stay was awful and disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – avoid it at all costs!

Ac wasn’t working properly, I had to complained about it but he was like it’s working but it wasn’t , I and my wife manage to sleep some how and sweating all night .

Es un hotel bueno, calidad/precio en la media de los demás hoteles de la zona.
La zona para mí es la mejor si lo que quieres es dedicarte a las compras y al área de las mezquitas principales

Hôtel médiocre , vétuste et négligé. Nous avons été très déçu de la prestation. Salle de bain noir de moisissures , sol instable , mobilier vétuste, pas d’eau froide que de l’eau chaude dans les robinets. Pas de bouteille d’eau disponible. Petit déjeuner ras des pâquerettes avec des frites le matin du jamais vu , assiette prête pas de buffet .Franchement c’est inadmissible de proposer ce genre d’hébergement c’est de l’arnaque. Avant de proposer cet hôtel vous devriez aller voir sur place pour ne pas décevoir vos clients .

Pessima esperienza. Struttura particolarmente datata e consumata, priva di comfort. Arredo e piccoli apparecchi elettrici di necessità rotti o non funzionanti. Condizionamento e servizi di prima necessità in disuso. Pulizia inesistente. Servizio colazione... da non augurare.
Ottima la posizione.

The hotel was in bad shape and dirty, broken things like dorhandle, broken closeth, dirty lamps. The room service was only done 2 times in 6 days, you had to fix your own towels, toalet paper. The breakfast was also bad, no butter, coffe, very few alternatives. I dont have high expectactions, but you would expect some quality from 3.5 star hotel. The towels smelled bad and it was hair in the bed when we arrive the first day before we used it. The two guys tried to helps us as much the could but it wasnt their fault, the hotel was in very bad shape and not suited for being 3.5 star hotel or hotel at all. I will not recommend using this hotel.

Service van de manager is top! Wat een aardige man en ook zo behulpzaam super tevreden met hem.
De rest van de personeel niet echt gezien of gesproken.
Hotel is oud, badkamer deur gaat niet dicht maar dat was niet zo erg alleen het ventilatie geluid was wel heel hard doordat de deur niet dicht gaat. Hotel is ook heel erg gehorig niet alleen auto’s van buiten maar binnen hoor je ook van alles slapen ging moeizaam. Er wordt ook veel gerookt als je daar tegen kan.
Ontbijt inbegrepen maar dat hebben wij maar 1 keer gedaan was weinig keus.
Locatie naar de grand bazaar of openbaar vervoer was top.
Hou er rekening mee dat je wel een beetje moet lopen het is een klim, maar wel te doen. Complimenten aan de manager!
