Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna, w szczególności osoby na recepcji - zgłaszając jakikolwiek problem od razu był on rozwiązywany. Sprzątane regularnie pokoje, dokładana jest woda i świeże ręczniki. Basen wewnętrzny jest idealny do odpoczęcia i zaczerpnięcia odrobiny ruchu. Śniadania w cenie bardzo oszczędzają czas, sprawiając że można szybciej zacząć zwiedzać, a są naprawdę dobre, jak na swoją cenę. Dużo miejsc parkingowych, bez problemu było gdzie zaparkować.

Cons:

Hotel zamiast ambasador powinien nazywać się awaria tak jak wszystko w tym hotelu. Basen zewnętrzny przez trzy dni naszego pobytu nie był ani razu posprzątany. Pełno liści zarówno w basenie jak i wkoło niego. Na wewnętrznym basenie jacuzzi awaria - działały tylko ledwo górne dysze a woda w temperaturze basenu. Pokój nie był posprzątany tylko ogarnięty. Na dzień dobry przywitały nas brudne szklanki a na jednej widoczne usta ze szminki… dziurawe prześcieradło. W łazience kosz na śmieci był brudny. Wyglądał jak obrzygany. Prysznic umazany.
