Heerlijk luxe ontspannend verblijf

De kamer ( junior suite) was fantastisch: groot, gezellig ingericht en met een ruime badkamer. Uitzicht op de tuin. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en erg lekker en werd constant aangevuld. Het zwembad en wellness gedeelte is prachtig. De behandelingen waren erg fijn en ontspannend.

Cons:

Je moet voornamelijk de auto ( of bij mooi weer de fiets) gebruiken om ergens te komen.
Geen badjas op de kamer, daar moet je om vragen en toen kreeg ik ook nog een XXL exemplaar, wat veel te groot was.
Er staan veel boeken maar die zijn meer voor de show: ik miste wat tijdschriften
Restaurant is best prijzig.

Een schitterende oase van rust waar de hotelervaring tot in de puntjes klopt.
Pros:

Onze suite was schitterend en de omgeving simpelweg magisch. Vooral de route naar de suite toe is een verborgen parel; het voelt alsof je door een stukje privébos wandelt. Werkelijk alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. We zijn enorm te spreken over de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren en het voltallige personeel, van de receptie tot de wellness. Een verblijf in de Bosuil is een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die even helemaal tot rust wil komen.

Cons:

Wat betreft het restaurant: de gerechten waren van hoog niveau, zoals je van een Bib Gourmand mag verwachten. Het is daarnaast prachtig ingericht: perfecte combinatie van landelijk, chique en authentiek. Hoewel het personeel zeer correct en beleefd was, misten we hier de persoonlijke passie en gastvrijheid die de rest van het verblijf zo uniek maakte. Het voelde voor ons iets te zakelijk aan. Bij een diner in deze prijsklasse draait het voor ons ook om de warme sfeer, en die 'huiselijkheid' hebben we daar helaas een beetje gemist.

The location and the accommodation are fantastic. We stayed in one of the cottages. Nicely designed. We took our dog and they even provided bowls and treats for him. We were lucky as the weather was great so we got to sit outside and enjoy the nature.

Cons:

We had dinner at the restaurant the first night. The staff were good but the food was a little disappointing especially for the price they are charging.
We tried to get a coffee the next day and the lady serving completely ignored us (it wasn't busy)..

Die Lage und der Wellnessbereich sind schön

Das Personal war nicht sonderlich kompetent (Service und Rezeption) und sehr unfreundlich
Unser Zimner war ziemlich ungepflegt
Auf den Heizkörpern platzte bereits überall der Lackab und die Heizung waren extrem verrostet.
Die Vorhänge zerissen und im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel in der Dusche.
Die Sauberkeit der Suite liess auch zu wünschen übrig.
Unsere Mängelbelschwerde wurde mehrfach ignoriert.
Es gab keine Terassenmöbel und auch keine Bademäntel
