Pros:

Nice location in Santana, room was clean, staff was friendly

Cons:

No AC so a bit warm at night, particularly with no screen on the window-we couldn't leave the windows open b/c mosquitos came in

Pros:

Très calme. Un grand parking pour se garer.
L hôtel possède une piscine , très agréable après une rando .
Le restaurant est très bon.
Petit déjeuner compris. Buffet sucré /salé avec un très très grand choix . Vraiment au top 👍

Buon hotel centrale in Santana
Pros:

Si tratta di un hotel con una posizione super centrale rispetto alla cittadina di Santana, vicino alle case tipiche e al parco tematico per i bambini. Non è una struttura moderna, direi più anni '90, ma è tutto funzionale. In particolare ci ha colpito la camera grande e soprattutto il letto enorme e comodo. Avevamo anche un terrazzino con vista sul verde e l'oceano in lontanza.
Anche il bagno è grande (con vasca) e soprattutto un grande plus è la presenza del bidet!

Cons:

Purtroppo il signore moro alla reception non è stato molto cordiale, in particolare la seconda sera abbiamo avuto problemi con il parcheggio dell'hotel di ritorno dalla cena, ossia l'hotel ha anche delle sale per eventi i cui ospiti avevano occupato tutto il parcheggio. Quando siamo andati a domandare come potevamo fare con la nostra macchina e se andava bene lasciarla in strada (disponibili posti per soste da solo due ore), il signore ci ha risposto sgarbatamente che non poteva farci niente e che c'erano questi eventi. capisco ma bastava una cortesia in più, abbiamo prenotato un hotel con parcheggio quindi ci aspettavamo più comprensione e aiuto per risolvere il problema.

La colazione non era il massimo ma c'era abbastanza scelta.

Przyjemny hotel z dobrym jedzeniem i miłą obsługą.
Pros:

Uprzejmy personel, standard pokoju na wyższym poziomie jak na Maderę.
Smaczne śniadanie i przyjemny basen oraz jacuzzi.

Cons:

Wanna która jest dość ryzykowna - duża szansa poślizgnięcia się przez profilowanie dna.

Pros:

Très bon accueil avec un monsieur qui parlait français. Chambre triple spacieuse et propre. Piscine agréable (serviette de piscine disponible, à demander gratuitement à la réception). Ne vous fiez pas aux mauvais commentaires car c’est un très bon hôtel, sauf si vous êtes difficile.

Cons:

Peu de prise de courant dans la chambre.

Delizioso soggiorno
Pros:

Colazione completa sia di dolce che di salato,, staff gentile, bella camera. Comodo anche il ristorante dove poter cenare quando si è stanchi la sera dopo una giornata di trekking.

Cons:

Santana è una bella località Montana, ma bisogna essere muniti di auto o di moto per muoversi....

Vidutiniškas viešbutis, trūksta tvarkingos santechnikos, gero vaizdo pro langą taip pat nėra, tinklelio nuo uodų nėra, kaip ir nerasta kondicionieriaus, kambaryje baseino chloro kvapas... dviejų žvaigždučių viešbutis maksimum...
