The pool area could be renovated soon, but as it included and considering the price still a nice "bonus"...

Pros:

L’établissement est très propre. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables avec un grand balcon. L’hôtel est calme.
Petit déjeuner copieux et agréable malgré le manque d’accueil.
Espace piscine assez grand bien que vieillot.

Cons:

Oreillers peu confortables.
Personnel peu souriant et assez froid.
La présence de caméras un peu partout (on se sent observé à chaque instant).
L’ascenseur est assez vieux et lent.

Pros:

Really good breakfast selection, fresh pastries. Really well located in the village of Santana - staff at reception were also very helpful. The room we had was a generous size with a lovely view of the mountains. Slightly dated decor however

Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Hôtel vraiment peu cher et confortable, chambre spacieuse et propre , parking sur place

Cons:

Forte odeur de chore à cause de la piscine, chasse d’eau qui coule, douche défectueuse, petit déjeuner basique… mais à ce prix là il est vrai qu’on ne doit pas s’attendre à du super luxe. Donc rapport qualité prix ok

Pros:

Hôtel confortable et bien situé dans le centre de Santana. Idéal comme base pour randonner (Calderão verde). Bon restaurant avec spécialités portugaises.
Le plus après la marche : la piscine et le jacuzzi !

Correct personeel. Het restaurant is prima. De bedden zijn 1.90 bij 1.90.

Cons:

De koffie bij het ontbijt. Het ontbijt was sowieso niet het beste van dit hotel, maar de ontbijtzaal was off-season ook erg leeg; dat heeft vast niet geholpen.
