Pros:

El personal excelente, siempre muy atento a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. La entrada al hotel y a la habitación con código muy bien explicado. Hay cuatro menús de desayuno y cada día lo tienes que elegir antes de las 7 am. y cuando bajas al comedor ya esta preparado. Es un hotel con dos plantas, no tiene ascensor. Se nota que lo están restaurando.

Cons:

La única pega es que en las habitaciones 26 y 27 que son las que teníamos falta un armario más grande, escasamente caben 5 perchas y no hay sitio para dejar la ropa, se debe mejorar.

Another great stay at Siago
Pros:

I'm a fairly frequent visitor to Cluj, and Vila Siago is always my top choice. The location is great, easily within walking distance to the old town and city centre, plus the botanical garden is just up the road.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is generous and tasty, with various options to suit most people, not to mention plenty of coffee.

The rooms I've stayed in have all been very spacious and boast plenty of storage space. With excellent soundproofing from the street and other rooms, I've never struggled to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep on the comfy beds. AC is ideal on those hot summer days, and the bathrooms are equipped with all you need, the water pressure is great.

All in all, after several years of visiting, it remains my number one choice in Cluj.

Pros:

A szálláshely tisztasága, felszereltsége jó.
A személyzet hölgy tagja nagyon kedves volt.
Kávé, tea korlátlan fogyasztással az ott tartózkodásunk alatt.

Cons:

Az alagsorban helyeztek el, pincének nevezném inkább. A szoba nem volt olcsóbb, mint a fenti szobák. Ha előre tudom, hogy ott szállásolnak el, nem ezt a helyet választom.
A kicsi ablakokon nem lehetett àtlátni , csak úgy lehetett kinyitni, ha székre állunk.
Az autók folyamatosan jöttek-mentek az úton éjjel is, kétpercenként hajtottak át az aknafedélen. Két méterre volt az út az ablakunktól, a járda pedig közvetlenül mellette.

Legszívesebben visszakértem volna a pénzemet.
Aki oda akar menni, szóljon, hogy ne a pincében legyen a szobája.

Dezamagita de mancare si camerista.
Pros:

Pozitia foarte buna aproape de centru.

Cons:

Organizarea micului dejun. Trebuie sa alegi o varianta din cele 5 prestabilite si ora la care vei ajunge. Daca mai ai nevoie de un cub de unt, o felie de paine, nu este nimeni. Plus calitatea mancarii lasa de dorit, aceeasi salata cu ridichii, unele stricate. Iar un alt minus, este faptul ca in 4 zile cat am stat cazata nu a intrat nici-o cameritsta, am stat cu gunoiul full, dadea pe dinafara. Iar cazarea de la mansada, un mare minus deoarece nu se deschidea geamul deloc, 4 zile sa nu poti aerisii camera.

A comfortable base to explore this beautiful city

The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. They were very helpful and responsive, either in person or by WhatsApp

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was great at the weekends, it would have been nice to have had more choice during the week

The location is quite very good, close to the center and botanical garden. The interaction was easy and they were helpful

Cons:

The room is updated and could use some refreshment for the walls and shoewer. Although things are clearly good quality, some of them needs to be changed. Is more for one night stay
