Mostly great review!
Pros:

Location, room & bath cleanliness, friendly & helpful staff, Culligan water in hallway with electric kettle & teabags in room, great breakfast buffet and again - the location. I'll be back!

Cons:

The half glass shower wall in the bathtub! These are not practical and not comfortable to take a good shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor.
Please change to fabric shower curtains!

Pros:

W zasadzie to jedyne co mi się spodobało to budynek sam w sobie oraz śniadanie, które było w zupełności wystarczające.

Cons:

Czystość w pokoju, a w szczególności w łazience, pozostawiała wiele do życzenie. Pleśń na uszczelkach ścianki prysznicowej, a firanki to chyba od nowości nie były prane.
Jednak na słabą ocenę ma przede wszystkim sytuacja, która nas spotkała. W nocy zaczął wyć alarm. Wył całą noc i cały poranek. Nie było możliwości zmrużyć oczu. Zero odpoczynku. Rano okazało się, że załączył się alarm pożarowy w budynku obok i nikt się nie pofatygował aby wezwać właściciela budynku do jego wyłączenia.
Oczywiście zwróciłem uwagę Pani w recepcji ale odpowiedź wybrzmiała mniej więcej: wyło to wyło, nic nie poradzę. Nawet prostego słowa "przepraszam", nic. Po czym, jakby nic się nie stało, Pani dodała poproszę o 100,00 zł za parking. OK, rozumiem, że to nie u nich wył alarm ale skoro zapłaciłem za nocleg to od hotelu oczekuję, że ten nocleg - wypoczynek mi zapewni. Korzystałem z wielu różnych hoteli i różnie bywało ale jak coś się działo to po pierwsze obsługa jakoś próbowała załagodzić problem, a nawet odliczano nam koszty parkingu. A tutaj po prosu nic. Stało się to się stało, Twój problem.
Szkoda gadać. Aż się boję jak się w takim razie traktuje tam gości w szczycie sezonu...

Obiekt zlokalizowany praktycznie przy samym Monciaku. Bardzo miła obsługa

Cons:

Pokój bardzo mały, ale na jedną noc - da się przeżyć. Dramatem okazały się poduszki, a raczej cienkie, puste flaki. Rano ból głowy i karku murowany. Do tego łóżko metalowe, które skrzypiało i trzeszczało przy każdym ruchu. Łazienka - brak półek na kosmetyki (jedna mikroskopijna poza kabiną). W kabinie do zasłaniania materiałową kurtyna, która patrząc po wyglądzie swoje już przeszła. Toaleta - na nóżce ciemne smugi zacieki od rdzewiejących śrub, fujka.
