Sympa comme toujour
Pros:

Très bon séjour, j’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel. Tout était au niveau et l’expérience globale était excellente.

Cons:

Rien de majeur à signaler. Peut-être simplement un peu plus d’attention à l’accueil à la réception, avec davantage de sourire et d’interaction avec les clients, rendrait l’expérience encore meilleure.

Pros:

Je suis déjà venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel et j’ai toujours été satisfait. Globalement, c’est un très bon établissement avec un bon service.

Cons:

Lors de mon dernier séjour, l’expérience était moins bonne. La chambre qui m’a été attribuée était située au niveau de l’entrée, juste derrière la réception. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit, surtout le matin : on entendait les gens monter et descendre, ainsi que les conversations dans le hall. Il était difficile de bien se reposer.

C’est dommage, car mes précédents séjours étaient très bien. J’espère que ce point sera amélioré à l’avenir.

Overall a good experience as we were there only to sleep through out the night
Pros:

Was able to keep the luggage while we walked around taksim and the late check in options was really well.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit too small and there were no toileteries.

Pros:

Despite staying for only one day, they were very helpful and assisted me with everything. The hotel's location is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

The worst hotel to stay near Taksim. very dirty and the photos on booking have nothing to do with reality. a lot of dust even though I had asked for it to be absolutely clean because I am allergic to dust. we even found hair and fluff on the bed. Don't even go outside.
