Nice stay but needs improvement
Pros:

The location is really nice. Very lively neighbourhood. A lot of shops nearby. The room was big and it always had hot water. The boys at the reception were really welcoming. It had extra blankets and pillows. Host changed our dates even though we were unable to come to our chosen dates due to unforeseen events and was fast in responses. Overall most of the staff was really nice, excluding the talking lady that talked with AI loudly in front of our door for hours. There was free fast WiFi.

Cons:

The cleaning lady was talking every day right in front of our door in a loud voice for hours ( there are couches in front of room 302). The window in the room is looking at in between buildings and there is not enough oxygen. It was not really clean. You can see in the photos there are quite a few things that need to be refreshed and cleaned. There is not good voice isolation on the door and we can hear everything like it is in our room, even at night.

I will not recommend it to anyone to stay here, it’s better to add €50 and stay in nearby 4-star hotel like Aven, which

Nothing, except for the fact that they agreed to return the money

Cons:

It was like expectations vs reality, the location was awful, there was a smell in the room which the employees of the hotel justified with the weather of Istanbul, the room was cold, the stairs were very uncomfortable, the toilet was dirty and it looked like the sheets were dirty as well.

Pros:

Je suis déjà venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel et j’ai toujours été satisfait. Globalement, c’est un très bon établissement avec un bon service.

Cons:

Lors de mon dernier séjour, l’expérience était moins bonne. La chambre qui m’a été attribuée était située au niveau de l’entrée, juste derrière la réception. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit, surtout le matin : on entendait les gens monter et descendre, ainsi que les conversations dans le hall. Il était difficile de bien se reposer.

C’est dommage, car mes précédents séjours étaient très bien. J’espère que ce point sera amélioré à l’avenir.

Sympa comme toujour
Pros:

Très bon séjour, j’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel. Tout était au niveau et l’expérience globale était excellente.

Cons:

Rien de majeur à signaler. Peut-être simplement un peu plus d’attention à l’accueil à la réception, avec davantage de sourire et d’interaction avec les clients, rendrait l’expérience encore meilleure.

Overall a good experience as we were there only to sleep through out the night
Pros:

Was able to keep the luggage while we walked around taksim and the late check in options was really well.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit too small and there were no toileteries.

Pros:

Despite staying for only one day, they were very helpful and assisted me with everything. The hotel's location is also excellent. I highly recommend it.
