Fantastic. Large modern room with very comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Very helpful hosts. Few minutes walk to the waterfront and shopping but in a nice quiet street. Pool area is a lovely place to have a break from the heat. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay! Lovely quiet clean, modern boutique hotel just 10 minute walk from the castle. Beautifully warm clean pool and quiet with only 15 rooms on site. Pool towels provided, bar available. Check in anytime which was helpful as we arrived after midnight and late checkout (12pm). Booked last minute as we had concerns over the hotel we originally booked. Lovely friendly proprietor who even bought us a fruit plate as we waited to leave. We stayed for 1 night and took an overnight trip to Kos before returning. They were very happy to guard our luggage. Things to be aware of: towels are very basic and there are no facilities for meals. Overall a wonderful hotel would stay again without hesitation.

Great base for our family of four. One shared room (Quadruple) but perfect for our 2 night stay as it was really central, just a couple of minutes stroll to the beachfront and market/shopping areas. Hospitality plus from the host and his family, who were so lovely and helpful.
Such a beautiful and clean place to stay on Bodrum! Gonca and Erkan are the kindest people and they are pure professionals.

A little kind gesture by Gonca when I ended up being sun burnt, she offered her after sun moisturiser and asked me to take it to room and help myself and return it later. This is beyond host hospitality and I really appreciate how much they care for their guests!
This review is a compilation of seven guests, 7 rooms in my group. This boutique hotel is in walking distance to the Bodrum Castle and Archeological underwater Museum, shopping and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean.The beds are comfortable. There is a lovely lush courtyard and pool. The owners who live on the property, are as well as the staff, are super friendly and accommodating. We were treated as a part of their family! All 7 rooms asked for flat sheets to put under the piquets in the rooms and were immediately accommodated. The special touches of service were greatly appreciated. We all felt as if the small hotel was our home oasis after the daily hustle and bustle of Bodrum. It was a place to unwind and relax prior to going to bed.
The only thing that all of us would want to add is a little soft music in the lush courtyard. Thank you, Gonce hanım, Erkan bey, Tunç, Samit and Hülya for everything! We hope to be back in the future!
This is an absolute gem of a property in Bodrum. The property is a tranquil haven from the hustle and bustle of Bodrum town.
The grounds with is beautiful pool and garden is perfect to relax in and escape the hot sunshine.
The rooms are clean and the aircon is great. Daily drinking water is provided and the mini fridge is good to keep a few bits if you’re staying a while.
The family running the hotel are also very much respected in the area and are even better hosts.
Thank you to Erkhan and family for a wonderful stay. When I return to Bodrum I will not hesitate to stay here again!
The property and gardens are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only wish is that they served breakfast so we did not have to go to bakery every morning. We had a lovely restful holiday there.

I found this hotel as a last-minute stay. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We drove right in and parked our car with free parking. The pool was very well maintained and extremely clean. Its location is right at the center. All of the major site seeing was in a walking distance.
