No tea or coffee in the room.
Just the old stone. Everything else inside is rotten, full of non genuine greedy and lying staff who are not even believers.
They cut the water and heater in middle of nights twice I didn’t have water to flush toilet neither take shower in morning. And while I was trying to clean just a little with the little pressure I could make up, the reception called me to tell me to leave the room because checkout was at 10, while I already had prolongated with another booking directly with them since it was impossible to do so with the app. They forced me to pay city taxes on top. Those should be included in displayed price. They charged me for 2 people even though I was alone. Another illegal behaviour. After I asked them to fix the water after first night, and they pretended they did, and it happened again, I went to complain and ask explanations and apologies. I got one explanation. But no sorry. Their defense: it’s a national outage. We’ll call WML they said. I’m local. They missed that. I live literally the city next. They shouldn’t have tried that on a descendant of a saint of the church. So not only they lie, they steal but they also have bad equipment everywhere not replaced. Bad hoses, toilet seats not fixed. The main entrance door of their bedrooms building is locked by a lock maintained only by 1 out of 4 possible screws. Doesn’t take geniuses to change that. Doesn’t cost billions. But the water and heating scam is just that. They probably save it to make beer and more greedy profit. I cursed this Abbaye on my way out after releasing all souls attached there. And I dusted off my shoes and called on God’s curse upon those liars, hypocrites and evil doers. When asked the manager if she believed in God she wouldn’t reply. We know the answer. None of you truly do. The blason on the middle picture is the reason i was brought here. It’s a family blason that I hold in my iris. A turtle. Don’t come here if you want to live longer and not be a victim of theft and worse.
Die Lage und das Gebäude sind sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren im Winter dort für eine Nacht, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Heizung im Zimmer bereits 1-2 Stunden vorher angewesen wäre, so war das Zimmer sehr kalt und wir kamen von einem anstregenden Tag zum Schlafen dorthin. Ohne eigened Heizkissen wäre das Einschlafen schwierig geworden. Im Bad fanden sich noch Haare der vorherigen Gäste und Haargummis in der Dusche. Die Ausstattung könnte erweitert werden z.B. durch einen Fön.
Tijden op website waren anders dan bij accomodatie en niet in positieve zin!

De historische uitstraling van het pand
Inchecktijd werd vervroegd, hierdoor heb ik ontzettend moeten haasten en me door allerlei bochten moeten wringen. Niet fijn!!
The wifi was exceptional and the dining experience was really great and the food was delicious.
We were not so fond of the rooms. They felt a little underwhelming and the single beds needed a mattress bridge if to be used as a double bed.

De accommodatie schikt alleen over een gezamenlijke badkamer en toilet. Verder rook het gigantisch muf en waren de dekens van een wollige stof. Verder was het erg gehorig en hoorde je echt van alles.

Extrem freches und unfreundliche rezeptionistin am Telefon. Ich wollte sofort stornieren aber leider konnte ich das nicht mehr sonst hätte ich das gemacht... Ein solcher Umgang mit Kunden ist unzumutbar. Mir wurde das telefon abgehängt..
