Trato de encontrar alguna razón para regresar a este hotel, pero no la hay.
La habitación sencilla es muy pequeña, tanto que no se puede transitar a gusto y no hay espacio como para guardar más que una maleta pequeña. Nada se parece a las fotos que salen aquí, en realidad todo está más viejo y se nota el poco mantenimiento. El desayuno es prácticamente nada, y al llegar al restaurante encontrarán una barra vacía y menos de 10 opciones a la carta. El sabor y la preparación son regulares, y el tiempo de espera podría mejorar. También hay que tocar para entrar en las noches como si fuera posada. Lo único rescatable es el personal de valet.

El personal no está capacitado para emitir las facturas de los consumos del restaurante y del hospedaje.
Si vienes de viaje de negocios, te tienen esperando más de 15 minutos. No te dicen nada. Y tampoco te entregan las facturas (y te meten en problemas para la comprobación de viáticos en tu trabajo).
NO vengan para viajes de negocios.

Small rooms but clean.
Staff are amazing
Property is like a time capsule to the Puebla colonial time

10 minutes away from the historic down town or shopping center (by car)

Small restaurant inside the property open 7am to 10pm personally I prefere explore the city and new places to eat, but very convenient for people with tight schedulle
