Best cheese burger in warwickshire
Very tired decor
Very clean and the staff were very friendly
Room was a little cold initially
Excellent ribeye steak
Cold floor of bathroom
Very comfortable
Nothing
Location was good for where I had been working
Towel rail in bathroom had so much rust on it, it was disgusting. Dead flies on windowsill highlighted the fact that the window area in general was dirty. Smelt fusty as soon as I opened the door..overall the condition of the hotel is poor. The ledge were I had breakfast was again dirty. There are lots of areas where wear and tear is beyond what I would expect.
Nothing much
The hotel is jaded and needs a refurb, Television didn't work , the was hand basin was cracked in several places.
Food was very good
Lack of signage
Lights off in bar despite being open
No fan in room and couldn’t find thermostat for towel rail in accessible wet room
The room was large and the walk I shower perfect for my disability. Nice selection of tea coffee and good quality biscuits. The towels were really soft and fluffy. Good breakfast finished at 10am perfect for me. Waitress service for drinks.
Monday morning breakfast was finished cleared away at 9am. To early for me on a positive note the waitress did get me a breakfast which was kind of her.
Room was very spacious and bed was so comfortable, best night sleep I’ve had in years!! , breakfast had a lot of variety. Ideal location for where we were visiting.
It was a good location for a work course
Unfriendly staff, made me feel unsafe. Grotty mouldy bathroom. Didn’t clean my room once. Paper thin walls. Extremely overpriced for a horrible little motel level room.
Location, room, food and staff
Nothing
Little external lighting on main road and then in car park, so potentially dangerous. Signage over the entrance poorly lit. The hotel was cold, especially the room and bathroom. Radiator and towel warmer didn't work and a replacement electric heater just about took the chill off after three or four hours. This was not just our room. Other guests all said the same.
