Espacioso, tranquilo y a la orilla de la playa 🏖️

Me gustó que puedes tomar el autobús para ir sobre el malecon, y a otras playas y al centro.

Lo que puede mejorar es el mantenimiento del lugar, que funcionen los jacuzzis y que funcione la señal de internet, y que haya agua caliente temprano y en la noche (en la regadera).

Staff were good. Tried very hard to accommodate us.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Restaurant had been shut down a few years before.

Cons:

The place was a dump. Everything old and broken. Had to request some chairs for the pool. Electrical outlets just hanging. Hot tub was empty and dirty with broken tiles. Caution tape in several places. Any corner of our room that couldn't be reached with a mop had not been cleaned. Little bugs crawling all over my nightstand. We bought cleaner and tried to kill them. We were not able to leave as we had more couples coming to meet us and could not find accommodation for all of us at the same place.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly! They were working on cleaning up the place

Cons:

Yellow caution tape everywhere! Hottub broken, no restaurant. Pictures on Booking.com were not what we got. Paid too much for a place that was closed for quite some time before we got there!

Pros:

La habitación que renté está muy equipada, cuenta con microondas, estufa, refrigerador y accesorios de cocina, el ambiente en las instalaciones es relajante y no hay ruidos escandalosos , el acceso a la playa es excelente porque parece playa privada

La ubicación, ya que todas las atracciones turísticas quedan muy retiradas pero se compensa porque frente al hotel pasa el camión de transporte público y por 13 pesos te lleva hasta el faro

La ubicación y la atención del
personal

Cons:

Se fue la luz la primera noche casi 5 horas y además se fue el agua pasamos casi 24 horas sin agua ni para bañarnos ni para el baño. no están capacitados para resolver el problema rápido se había quemado la bomba para subir agua y tardaron 24 hrs en arreglarlo si no hubiera Sido por ese inconveniente todo hubiera sido excelente!!
