Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful .The breakfast room and eating area was very nice and super clean. The 24 hour concierge service was good and helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not affective at all. The first night the concierge apparently adjust the AC from 22 to 21C.
For the next three days, I complained to the desk, but nothing happen. They saw that the setting was at 21 C but the room temp read 24 C, and nothing happen to solve the problem. The maid was very good. (I don't know if this is an Italian thing, but the waste basket was extremely small in the bathroom, and none in the room) Bring hangers, because there is never enough. We had 5.

Cons:

L’unico piccolo rammarico riguarda il fatto che il ristorante fosse chiuso durante il nostro soggiorno. A Milazzo, soprattutto in alcuni periodi, non è sempre facile trovare buoni ristoranti disponibili nelle vicinanze, e poter cenare direttamente in hotel sarebbe stato particolarmente apprezzabile. Si tratta tuttavia di un aspetto secondario, che non modifica affatto l’ottima impressione complessiva del nostro soggiorno.
