No me gusto el trato hacia mi persona por parte del recepcionista o del responsable en ese momento, yo no hablo frances y asi se lo hice saber y esta persona me decia que no era problema suyo que el estaba en su pais y no tenia porque saber hablar español, que la obligacion de hacerme entender era mia por visitar francia, que si va a españa se esfuerza en hablar español, todo esho de muy malas maneras, al final gracias a otro huesped que si hablaba un poco de español pudimos entendernos. No me marche porque ya me habia facturado bookin y no queria perder ese dinero. Entiendo que asi como yo no hablo frances el tampoco esta obligado hablar español pero estamos hablando de un hotel de 4 ☆☆☆☆. No eran formas de tratar a un futuro cliente. En cualquier ibis o ByB dan mejor trato que el que me dieron ami, no volvere nunca mas a ese hotel y por supuesto nompuedo hablar bien de el
