Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to assist me especially losing my phone on the train in Japan. Feeling lost and alone the staff assisted in ringing lost and found communicated with authorities, advise me and helped me and guided me to still be able to navigate Japan and my transport to Narita airport from Ginza. The Hotel rates a 5 star, for exceptional service and care above what i expected in a hotel. The location, cleanliness and the massage chair in my room added to the best stay experience ever. Thank you to your warm hospitality and care you took of me a single lady travelling alone.

Cons:

Hospitality, location great and very very clean and would stay again time after time

The stay was fantastic. The staff were totally friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The shower set up is exceptional. A fully enclosed unit so the rest of the bathroom can stay dry while you are showering. The massage chair is next level! It gives an extensive and strenuous work over.

Cons:

The room was traditionally quite compact as we were expecting.

Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Ginza / Hibiya / Yurakucho stations, and there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby to explore, not to mention all the fancy malls in Ginza. The hotel is modernly decorated and the room we stayed in was very clean and tidy. And the staff were really friendly and would greet you at the lobby.

Cons:

As always, you can't expect too much space staying in a Tokyo hotel. The room is a bit cramped without too much extra space other than the bed and desk.

location. very convenient to visit all popular tourist sites yet in a quiet, secluded location. Very good for solo travellers. massage chair perfect after a long day of walking though some people may find it takes up space

Cons:

I wish the chair for desk can be better to provide back support as I do need to work on laptop quite a lot.
