Все было супер, персонал очень вежливый, завтрак вкусный и сытный. Расположение идеальное. 2 ванные комнаты в номере для 6 человек.

Cons:

Единственное что не соответствовало ожиданиям это шкафчики в номере для 6 человек. На картинке номер выглядел проще, но с большим шкафчиком. На деле же все намного современнее. Но шкафчики другого размера, не такие большие. Для меня это было неудобством, так как скрипка не поместилась в шкафчик.

Ich fragte nach einem anderen Zimmer und war bereit mehr für die Übernachtung zu bezahlen, leider war es nicht möglich.

Das Zimmer sehr klein, ein einziger Fach 40x40, könnte nicht mal mein Koffer aufmachen, um Sachen raus zu holen, ich musste oben im Zweistöckigem Bett hoch gehen, für ein 66jährigen Gast, wie ich nicht gut geeignet, der Bettlage war schmutzig und das Badezimmer sehr eng für vier Personen, die aus verschiedenen Regionen kommen, um zu übernachten.

Gutes Frühstück, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr freundliches Team.
Pros:

Die super tolle zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal mit einem jugendlichen Spirit.

Cons:

Es gab nur einen Stuhl im Zimmer, das empfand ich in einem 4-Personen-Zimmer etwas sparsam.

Great location, staff. It's a shame TV cannot be used unless you speak German.
Pros:

Grat staff, very helpful. My nephew wasn't feeling well and they kindly provided us a room despite the early check-in. Receptionists have all been very kind, helpful and friendly. Human experience was great!

Cons:

Despite being a new hotel, TV isn't SMART. Only 11 local channels, no international channels and we could not connect our devices to the TV (screenmirroing wasn't possible either). This is a shame, it's very difficult nowadays to buy new TVs without the SMART component (netflix, etc)... but they managed! It prevents to relax a bit after a long day out visiting. Also the stairs going up and down from the mezzanine can be quite dangerous (steep and very narrow) for children and aged people.
