Si foarte multa galagie.si faptu ca eu am un handicap la picior miau dat patu de sus.si mia fost foarte greu sa urc in pat.au o terasa in incita si au un program de la ora 18 la 23 si ca să bei o cafea dimineta sau sa fumezi trebuie sa ieși in fata hotelui nu mi se pare corect.si am cerut sa prelungesc 2 zile si nu mia permis.

We didn’t even get to stay here like we were supposed to. Once we arrived, tired after a long journey, we were told we had been removed to completely another hotel in a horrendous area, far away from the intended place of stay. No pre-warning, no message, no chance to cancel and try to book another place. Neither Booking.com or the hotel has compensated this in any way whatsoever, and don’t respond to emails. We will pursue this matter forward with legal assistance and consumer regulations officials.
