Good hotel located in prime central Rouen.
Pros:

High end hotel located in centre of Rouen with amazing entrance in renaissance palace. Very good pool and spa facilities. Good sized room.

Cons:

Poor lighting in bathroom. Panel fixed across window to block view which was presumably poor. Expensive breakfast and parking.

部屋から景色が残念だった。
Pros:

素晴らしい建物！外観に感動した。
清潔感があり、クーラーもしっかり効いていて快適に体を休ませる事が出来た。
コーヒーやフィルターを通された飲み水も飲めて、暑い夜に助かった。
シャンプーやボディーソープもとても良い香りで気に入ったので購入した。

Cons:

案内された部屋は、良い位置の部屋ではなかった。窓からの景色がホテルの裏側で最悪。
サイトで見ていた窓からの景色とは全く異なり、とても気分が落ち込んだ…
だからカーテンは開けなかった。
フロントスタッフは英語も話せて
とても感じが良い人ばかりだが、
星付きホテルのフロントスタッフにしては 仕事ぶりがぎこちなくプロらしくない人もいたように感じた。

Staff and location were wonderful but frankly not worth the price.
Pros:

It’s location in the city centre and in a historical building

Cons:

Couldn’t believe that we had to kneel in the bath to shower and that there was no separate shower cubicle. Attention to detail was poor with curtains not fully hung on hooks, even after requesting these to be attended to.

Une expérience relaxante
Pros:

L’espace Spa (Hammam, Sauna, Piscine) est une vraie merveille, j'y ai d'ailleurs passé 5 heures tant l'endroit invite à la détente. La piscine, construite juste sous le bar, est vraiment grande : j'ai adoré pouvoir y nager sur le dos pendant 25 mètres en ayant la certitude de ne toucher personne. Le soir, prendre un verre au bar de l'hôtel a été une excellente expérience, le cadre est très sympa et le prix de la coupe à 16 € est tout à fait correct pour ce standing.

Cons:

Grosse déception sur le petit-déjeuner. Pour ce standing (28€), on s'attend à du frais : ici, les viennoiseries ne sont pas au niveau et les jus sont totalement insipides. Un comble quand on sait que la boulangerie de Christophe Cressent, Meilleur Ouvrier de France est à littéralement 150 mètres de là. Autant s'abstenir de prendre l'option à l'hôtel et faire quelques pas dehors.

Côté chambre, la télévision est étonnamment petite et l'absence totale de connectivité moderne (pas de Netflix ou d'Apple TV) est en décalage avec les standards actuels. Ironie de l'histoire : l'écran géant du petit salon qui diffuse le film historique de l'hôtel est bien plus grand. J'aurais aimé bénéficier de cette taille d'écran dans ma propre chambre.

Die Lage super! Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön!

Cons:

Beim Check In bekamen wir zunächst ein sehr spartanisches Zimmer. Es hatte faktisch kein Fenster.
Gebucht hat wir ein gehobenes Zimmer mit Blick in die Stadt! Nach dem wir uns beschwert hatten, bekamen wir das richtige Zimmer. Entschuldigt hat sich niemand.

zeer goede centrale ligging in historisch kader. Uitstekende bedden en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Kleine details die niet passen bij 5 sterrenhotel. Er ontbraken melkjes bij koffie in kamer. WC werkte 1 van de drukknopen niet. Geen kleine attenties zoals kam of tandenborstel die zouden mogen aanwezig zijn in suite.

Comfortabel luxe hotel in historisch gebouw in centrum van de stad
Pros:

Prachtig luxe hotel in historisch gebouw midden in het centrum. Valet parking service.

Cons:

Tussendeuren op de gang klappen hard dicht, dat stoort ‘s nachts. Mindervaliden ingang en de wandeling door een lege ontbijtzaal richting het restaurant doen afbreuk aan de grandeur. Restaurant l’Amale is oké maar maakt pretenties niet waar.
