A nice stay despite the room,the location made up for it.

Amazing ambiance, staff and location
Pros:

Great location, amazing team of staff, charming historical building with modern facilities. Great swimming pool, sauna and gym. Right in the center of town. Very nice breakfast. Hands down the best hotel in town.

מיקום מעולה. חניה במקום (תמורת תשלום) .לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר אז אין לנו מושג איך היא
צוות אדיב ונחמד. החדר שקבלנו היה מרווח מאד והמיטה גדולה ונוחה.

את המדרגות בכניסה מהרחוב למלון. אולי ישנה מעלית אך לא ראינו אותה
יש לציין כי לקחו מאיתנו את המזוודות והעלו אותן למלון

Elegance and luxury in central Rouen
Pros:

The room and the bathroom we had were very spacious and elegant. The building is historic with sympathetic renovations. The staff are very helpful and the facilities excellent. And they have valet parking. It is centrally located, ideal for tourists who can walk to the sights.

Cons:

The storage in the hallway to the room looked quite cheap compared to the room itself and did not offer enough space..

Es war schön aber nicht mehr so gut wie beim letzten Mal.
Pros:

Der Palast ist ein Traum, die Lage perfekt. Der Parkservice war perfekt. Das Zimmer sollte mal renoviert werden, die ziemlich laute klassische Musik beim Frühstück ist eher nervig. Es gab eine Hochzeit im Haus, vielleicht war es deshalb eher hektisch und nicht so aufmerksam wie wir es kennen.

Das Zimmer. Das etwas hektische Frühstück mit lauter Musik.
