Personalul a fost jenant.
Când am ajuns la recepție, figuram doar cu o cameră rezervată, pe confirmarea de la booking aveam 2 camere, cum de fapt și era corect.
Am așteptat 15 minute pentru a termina check inul.
Am ajuns seara, in jurul orei 20.30, era ziua de Paște, am terminat cu cazarea și am întrebat dacă putem lua cina la restaurantul hotelului. Mi s-a spus că este rezervat tot.
Am întrebat dacă putem lua masa undeva în oraș și poate să ne facă o rezervare.
Au sunat la un restaurant dar fiind Paște era închis. Am întrebat unde putem cina totuși. Ni s-a răspuns că nu știe. Să încercăm la barul hotelului, ei au snackuri. La bar nu aveau nimic de mâncare și ni s-a spus că nici băuturi cu gheață, cocteiluri, mocktailuri nu pot face deoarece nu au gheață. Asta după ce am așteptat la masă la bar vreo 20 de minute și barmana nu ne-a acordat nicio atenție, până când nu am mers noi la ea.
A doua zi la micul dejun coada pentru a putea intra în restaurant era de jumătate de oră. Erau mese goale dar nu erau curățate.
Mâncare nu era aproape deloc, bufetul era gol, vasul cu ouă gol, cel cu bacon gol, pâine era doar pentru toast, platourile pentru salam, brânză, legume toate erau goale.
Pe sală erau două ospătare care lucrau incontinuu dar nu făcea față să curețe mesele, să umple bufetul.
Am comandat omletă și am așteptat o oră după ea.
După o oră de haos și o coadă mare pentru micul dejun, au apărut încă 4 ospătari care se plimbau prin sală, deci personal era, dar probabil că nu aveau chef de muncă.
Așa ceva, o așa proastă organizare eu nu am mai văzut și am umblat mult până acum.
Am stat doar o noapte.
Când am ajuns la Paris, seara, fiul meu și-a dat seama că a uitat niște haine in dulap la acest hotel.
A sunat la hotel, are 16 ani, și i-au închis telefonul.
Am trimis eu mail a doua zi dimineață. Răspunsul lor, seara,a fost să trimit mail la altă adresă și să spun mai multe detalii.

Pros:

The front desk is terrific. They are very responsive and eager to help.
The room was great and well appointed.
Benjamin, the bartender was the only downside of the entire experience. He may have had a bad day.

We covered the city in two days. A must see is the Joan of Arc museum. An audio tour is a must.

Pros:

La chambre était top. Le cadre de l'hôtel est splendide. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant : à notre arrivée le réceptionniste a pris le temps de nous expliquer ce qui avait à visiter a Rouen. Le parking avec voiturier est un vrai plus au regard de la situation centrale de l'Hotel. A noter qu'au final vous payez la nuité mais vous pouvez rester plus de 24h pour profiter de la ville.

Cons:

Le petit dej était complet et riche mais un peu trop sucré à notre goût : les crêpes et pancakes étaient déjà sucrés, les gâteaux étaient trop sucrés.
Un peu frustrée aussi de ne pas avoir pu prendre du bacon avant que le buffet soit terminé, faute d'avoir été un peu rechargé. L'heure c'est l'heure, c'est sûre mais vos clients sont en congés 😊

Perfect start for a city trip to Rouen, but… pricy

For some reason the decoration did not fit the building. The shower was so so, no ventilation in the bathroom.

Très bel accueil par le personnel.
Lit confortable.

Cons:

Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu dormir à cause du bruit d’une boîte de nuit aux alentours... musique à fond jusqu'à 4h30 du matin. Cela est dommage à côté d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Concernant le spa, une eau froide et pas de tisanerie.
