A favourite of ours and always comes up to expectations as a restful oasis in Rouen

Cons:

One bar staff member seemed particularly unwelcoming - we mentioned this at checkout since it was so out of character compared to other personnel and, indeed, previous visits

Bedroom decor was very bland, no character considering the style of the property. Too clinic. Terrible desk. Lighting was poor. No proper windows. Ac flow made it difficult to sleep. Cocktail bar glass floor looked terrible. Scratched, dirty between glass. Breakfast room was very basic and clinical. No character given the style of the property. Service was not 5 star. Price was way too high for what was offered.
