受付の態度が最悪。二度と泊まりたくない
Cons:

子連れということを事前にBooking.comのメッセージで連絡しており、ホテル側からもその旨について返信があったにも関わらず、チェックイン時にその旨承諾していないとスタッフに文句を言われた。
ホテル側にメッセージを見せたところ、自動返信だから知らない、とのこと。
Booking.comの返信が自動かホテル側のスタッフからなのか、こちらには判断出来ませんし、客側の問題ではありません。
その後も終始受付の女性には終始不快な対応をされて、非常に不愉快だった。挙げ句の果てには、何の説明もなくスペイン語の紙にサインしろと言われました。
何の紙？と聞いて初めて説明する始末。
ヨーロッパに長く住んでいますが、こんな不愉快な受付対応をされたのは初めてです。
二度とこのホテル、及びホリデイインは使いません。
接客レベルがあまりにも低過ぎます

Nice hotel if the shuttle operates and the airco works
Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

I was too late for the shuttle and wanted to walk from the airport but this was not possible. The room was to hot and turning on the airco only made it hotter

Overall, it's a comfortable and affordable hotel to stay for a layover.
Pros:

Cons:

- Lack of convenient store
- No convertor adaptor plug available from the hotel (I wouldn't mind paying to use it since I forgot to bring mine on this trip)

Bardzo blisko lotniska (3min autem). Hotel organizuje transport na lotnisko.
Śniadanie od 5 rano to bardzo dobra opcja dla wczesnych wylotów
