Shower head is not functioning
Water pressure is extremely low
Shower temperature either so hot or normal running water
Lightings are not fully operational
Shower gels and shampoo are in very small size not sufficient enough to support entire length of stay

Staff were friendly. Hotel itself is OK. Room was much better then hotel itself.
People were complaining in lobby multiple times of condition, smell but honestly I didn't find it to life changing.

Location is good.

Price was good.

Very happy with my experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, 7/11 is walking distance, close to Train services, they make very nice food downstairs and can bring it to your room if you prefer. I’d highly recommend staying here

"Not my first choice next time — friendly staff but too many inconveniences"

I recently stayed at Kingston Suites, and while the staff was friendly and did their best to assist, I wouldn’t choose this property again in the future.

First, half the property was under construction, which took away from the overall experience. The hotel definitely needs renovations, and this wasn’t clearly communicated when booking. The breakfast was also very underwhelming — not many appealing options, and definitely not up to standard for what you pay.

I specifically booked this hotel for the washer/dryer combo, which unfortunately did not work properly. I asked for help several times, but no one seemed to know how the dryer function worked. That was frustrating and made laundry during my stay more difficult than it needed to be.

Another odd issue was with babysitting services. The website lists this as an available amenity, but they had to search for someone off-site, which made me question the reliability of what was being advertised. Thankfully, the sitter they found was wonderful — but the process didn’t feel professional or prepared.

What really caught me off guard was the experience with their sister hotel, Samala. They claim to offer complimentary access to their pool — but then turn around and say there's a $15 charge to use it. That’s not complimentary, and the messaging is misleading.

It was a good place, quite street, but not too far from all the busy streets. Room was a bit old and dated, but everything was clean and staffs were very friendly. Nothing extra ordinary, but just a nice and clean place to stay. They also upgraded me to the executive suite, which was nice!

It is a great property, the staff were kind and understanding. Location wise it is very close to the trains. The room was amazing. Would love to stay again.
