Elevator didn't work. They drained the hot tub and pool. That's the reason I booked it and couldn't even use. Picture on booking didn't look like the room. Breakfast was leftovers

Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. But the rooms need a serious update.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Lobby was clean. Room was mostly clean.

Cons:

Shower/tub and sink were dirty and bug in the tub. Old thermostat was hanging from the wall exposing wires. Not enough wash cloths for three people in the room and no resolution.

Overall it was a nice room and the breakfast was good. I would stay again if in the area.
Pros:

I liked the cozy atmosphere when you walk in the hotel. The room was nice and clean. I didnt realize when I booked it that it was kind of a suite. It had the bedroom and then the living area which was nice since I was traveling with teens. Also there were lots of options for breakfast.

Cons:

I didnt like that the guy at the front desk when we first checked in was not very hospitable. The hotel hallway upstairs had a weird smell to it.

Pros:

Old old hotel.. after waiting 15 minutes for the attendant to return to desk to check us in…I was told elevators were broken and that we would have to take the stairs!! Pool and hot tub looks disgusting… my son even declined getting in ..saying it looks sketchy… needs renovation badly!! Room dusty.. sheets have old stains that were set in.. one old washer and dryer..I’m hoping to at least get a good nights sleep .. and low hopes for breakfast being tasty

Pros:

Huntsville airport was very close so it was convenient. But the bed was horribly hard. The pool wasnt super clean and the hot tub barely worked.

Kids had a blast
Pros:

Cleanliness was great! Horrific smell of marijuana when you first enter the hotel lobby but the pool and hot tub was nice! Beds and pillows were a little harder than my liking. Breakfast was okay!

Pros:

Bed comfortable. Breakfast basic but fine for this price.

Cons:

Very worn out and somewhat dirty furnishings. Carpet in halls unvacuumed. But appears they are renovating so may be better soon

Wonderful, memorable and can't wait to come again.
Pros:

I love the location. It was close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. Traffic was light around the area and it may our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

That I had to leave and go back to work.
