A comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Very kind and accommodating. Ended up staying longer then expected and the staff took care of us.

Cons:

Beds were pretty hard but I am also used to a sleep number bed.

Would automatically offer a discounted rate for people who stay for weeks at a time... Bc I love this hotel and staff and my family feels comfortable here but its gotten expensive and im afraid I'll have to leave soon bc of it. Unless by graces of GOD I get compted a week free for being me and spending so many dollars here. But im.pretty sure God Hates me at this point so no⁰ hard feelings here.!!

It was clean and staff was always accommodating.

Cons:

We booked the property specifically because they had an indoor pool. When we got there, the hotel changed names so we were confused about if we’re were in the right place or not. then they couldn’t find our reservation. (Again they were very accommodating), but then I realized the pool and hot tube was empty and closed. The breakfast was nasty in my opinion. Fake runny eggs and mystery meat sausages not cooked enough for me. The bagels and English muffins were old and stale. There was no choice for pancakes or waffle maker, which left me going somewhere else to eat breakfast.

Elevator didn't work. They drained the hot tub and pool. That's the reason I booked it and couldn't even use. Picture on booking didn't look like the room. Breakfast was leftovers

Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. But the rooms need a serious update.

Beds were comfortable. Lobby was clean. Room was mostly clean.

Cons:

Shower/tub and sink were dirty and bug in the tub. Old thermostat was hanging from the wall exposing wires. Not enough wash cloths for three people in the room and no resolution.
