Hotel Villa Blu Capri

The positives are that this hotel is very central, staff are pleasant, breakfast was lovely, room clean and reasonably comfortable with free wifi, but while able to open a door to outside really just looking at side wall of building next door so no point. Provided free coffee/ tea if wanted.
However water temperature in shower tepid at best for 2 out of our 3 nights stay. Realise it is October but while day temperature 22° swimming pool quite cold and only offered a drink service at pool on one of the 3 days.
Hotel did not seem that busy so not sure what type of room booking required to have a proper balcony or better view, certainly not suggested nor offered.
Could not rate as 5 star compared to hotels we have used in many other places.

Fomos recebidos com um welcome drink e pudemos usufruir de toda a estrutura do hotel enquanto nosso quarto não era liberado. No almoço, gastronomia de primeira. Com destaque especial pro atendimento e atenção da Manuela! No almoço pedimos uns dos melhores pratos que comemos em toda a viagem pela Itália. Café da manhã riquíssimo de opções. Quarto com uma das melhores estruturas que já vimos na ilha. Nunca fomos tão acolhidos e bem tratados em uma viagem. Realmente nos marcou!

Situation de l hôtel parfaite, anacapri est ravissant et moins bondé que capri. Accueil et service impeccables. Chambre moderne et confortable. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien.
Le lit est tres confortable. On nous a surclassés, genre toujours approche quand cest possible.

Great facility and amenities,
Comfortable and quiet room, excellent breakfast, and short flat walk from the bus stop.

Great location with nice amenities. The staff made this hotel exceptional.

The hotel is lovely and modern and has many artistic touches. There is a lovely outdoor area along the main boulevard that has a lounge side for drinks and coffees and the side gas Al fresco dining tables. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast had a huge variety of items, practically a buffet, including warm omelette and eggs Benedict, and pancakes with maple syrup. The pool area is gorgeous and very inviting if you like your pool water cool.

Amazing experience food done with perfection! The atmosphere is beautiful very relaxing. When it comes to the staff and the service no words can describe the great service and Amazing staff! I would recommend this place to everyone who visits Capri you have to give it a try!

Beware of false advertisement!! This hotel is no where near the standards of a 5 star hotel and should be fined for advertising such. It is a 3 star hotel at the most. We had a terrible leak in the bathroom that made it almost impossible to use the vanity and had no hot water in the shower during our 3 day stay. We were promised another room and never received it. We discussed these issues with the concierge on duty and asked for a discounted rate but we were told “I am unable to do that”
If you want to pay 5 star prices for a maybe 3 star hotel then waste your money. I would never recommend this hotel and would never go back.

The hotel is very nice, as well as the room. The bed was super comfortable, the location is excellent, and the reception staff and cleaning team were really kind.

Расположение в нескольких шагах от площади с такси, но без вида. Завтраки хорошие

L’emplacement, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel, nous avons eu un petit souci à l’aéroport. Nous sommes arrivés un peu trop tard avec le retard de l’avion. Du coup nous avons pas pu séjourner notre première nuit à Capri, nous avons dû prendre une chambre d’hôtel pour Naples, faire bien attention quand vous arrivez à Naples avec les horaires pour le ferry.

L’unico aspetto positivo che sentiamo di segnalare è la posizione dell’hotel.
