Hotel que vive de la úbicación y nada más.
Pros:

La úbicación es inmejorable y compensa muchas cosas. No es excesivamente caro para ser Shanghai y esta úbicación, aunque luego puedes entenderlo por los inconvenientes.

Cons:

Varias cosas. De primeras, la limpieza de la habitación. La bañera tenía como restos acumulados, estaba gris donde tenía que estar blanca, y se caía a pedazos. La alfombrilla, que intenté coger para evitar pisar, tenía moho. El wc tuvo restos de caca casi toda la estancia. El aire acondicionado sonaba tanto que tuvimos que ponernos tapones. No había por la noche nadie en recepción cuando acudimos por una urgencia.

Todo era absolutamente viejo y estaba descuidado.

No esperaba el hotel más nuevo ni con los mejores servicios, pero sí unos mínimos. Me decepcionó mucho. Me sentí incómoda en mi habitación.

La ubicación, y la mujer de recepción que nos ha atendido amable y profesionalmente

La habitación estrecha, secador roto, sin espacio casi para dejar una mochila de pie. Asimismo, el hombre recepcionista parece que nos dio la habitación a mi pareja y a mí tras preguntarnos si dormiríamos juntos (somos dos hombres), a saber si tuvo intencionalidad. Las fotos que muestra el hotel a mi hermana, que se ha hospedado en las mismas fechas, y a mí, nos parecen absolutamente falsas o de habitaciones mucho mejores a las que nos han facilitado.
Mención aparte las escaleras. Experiencia de película de terror. Aunque por costumbre tomes el ascensor, hay que cuidar un poco las cosas, por favor…

L'hotel è senza pretese, senza servizi particolari (non c'è un ristorante e nemmeno un caffè, un solo ascensore per quasi 10 piani di camere). Le due cose che valuto positivamente sono sicuramente la posizione all'interno del Bund e la comodità dei letti. Noi abbiamo dormito in una doppia twin beds ed erano spaziosi e comodi

Bagno veramente piccolo, pulizia discreta ma non eccezionale (ho raccolto un mazzo di capelli non miei da sotto il letto). Condizionatore rumoroso e poco rinfrescante. Servizi inesistenti, nessun ristorante o caffè o altro presente in hotel. La tariffa a mio avviso molto conveniente, si riconosce poi nella totale assenza di comodità o servizi. Non c'è possibilità di fare colazione in hotel. Sistemazione molto spartana
