Not as good value as some of hotels we stayed in
Pros:

Nice pool area, very relaxing, the music before 10.30 is very chilled

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard.
I asked the hotel to email me an invoice for my stay, our flight was cancelled and we are trying to claim on insurance. They have not sent it, even though I have asked several times - some of our booking was paid in cash so without an invoice, we have no proof of amount

A beautiful hotel, great location for our 1st visit to HCM and excellent staff.
Pros:

From you step inside the door at reception the beautiful almond Zen design welcomes you. Delicious breakfast and wonderful to dip in the rooftop pool at the end of a busy day. Any staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was very hard, I did ask after 2 nights if there was a mattress topper but there obviously wasn’t. That is my only negative point. We chose a room with no window, which in a city is fine with me but perhaps a mural or picture on the blank wall would help detract from the “no window” Only a suggestion.
