Good location but room 610 no good
Pros:

Location is sensational and very close to everything, markets, bars good eateries.

Cons:

The window wasn’t sealed so let in all the heat of the 36 degree day so was really hot in the room 610 just hope you never get that room it’s a sweat box, the aircon didn’t sufficiently cool down the room to sleep as the windows aren’t sealed and are very loose and barely even lock.

Excellent location and value.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Cochin. Staff were all amazing, the daily breakfast had great variety and was great value. Location walking distance from many landmarks. Many good options for dining. Located centrally which means most tours will pick you up from the front of the hotel.

Cons:

We loved it all. Like many others of our other experiences within Asia, the beds run on the firmer side which was no problem for us.

Jag bodde där i en vecka och var väldigt nöjd. Bra läge, bra service, fräscht och välstädat. Trevlig pool på taket med bar. Hjälpsam personal.

Great stay, would definitely recommend and would stay again for sure. Nicely funky vibe to the place too.
Pros:

Banging central location and easy walks to all th main things like ben thanh markets, Saigon square, museum and many other places, good spot for eateries too.
Staff were so helpful, my aircon didn’t work and they offered me another room to sleep in, then they got another room on a higher floor ready for us, but we decided to stay in the other room as it was close to our family. They even gave a birthday cake for our 13 year old daughter in the room as a surprise for her, so good. Highly recommended

Cons:

Maybe the only thing was the buffet, but it’s fine for something to get you going.
Bit limited in choice, but this is small and can pack out if there’s a lot of guests. Advised to get up and in early.

très belle vue de la piscine en haut de l'hôtel, la chambre était propre et très jolie
Pros:

hôtel à proximité de toute commodité.
contrairement à certains autres hôtels, le personnel n'était pas très arrangeant, ce qui n'enlève en rien gentillesse

Cons:

le petit déjeuner n'était pas adapté pour les personnes végétarienne, il avait très peu de choix quand on ne mange pas de viande

Pros:

We love Cochin, stayed three nights, went to Phu Quoc and then came back to HCM to try somewhere else for a couple of nights on our way home.
When our flight got cancelled/delayed we booked straight away with Cochin and were very happy to be back there.
The staff are great, the location is the best, and the pool and breakfast are very very good.

Cons:

Petite déjeuner manquant, difficulté à notre arrivée pour le paiement du séjour ( pas possible de payer en euro, pas de TPE, n’accepte pas les cartes internationales, et pas possible de débiter la carte bancaire enregistré)
