Good and great location.
Pros:

The location is excellent. We had two rooms. One was a window family room and was great. The other was a windowless double, it was small but fine for one night. This room was next to the lift and VERY noisy. The breakfast was good and had good options. The rooftop bar and pool is great.

Cons:

The check-in process was very delayed but the staff were working hard.

Gemütliches Hotel in in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel war insgesamt wirklich sehr toll. Es wird seinem Zen-Thema gerecht und es riecht überall sehr angenehm. Die Lobby, die Flure und der Rooftop-Bereich waren sehr gemütlich und das Personal war jederzeit erreichbar, professionell und stark kundenorientiert. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fußläufig kommt man an jede spannende Ecke von HCMC und hat um sich herum auch viele Convi-Stores, moderne Restaurants und solche wo man Einheimische findet.

Cons:

Etwas enttäuschend war, das das Standardzimmer selbst leider etwas ungemütlicher war, als das Hotel selber. Dem Hotel nach hätte ich eine 9 bis 10 von 10 gegeben. Das Zimmer kriegt allerdings von mir nur eine 7/10. Aber im Gesamtpaket war alles trotzdem zufriedenstellend.

Skulle bo här igen ,fastän det var ett rum utan fönster så var det helt ok och läget var 10/10 .

Frukosten och läget . Hjälpsam personal . Jag glömde min telefon i receptionen vid avresan och en utav personalen sprang ifatt vår taxi .Stor guldstjärna <3

Not as good value as some of hotels we stayed in

Nice pool area, very relaxing, the music before 10.30 is very chilled

The bed was a bit hard.
I asked the hotel to email me an invoice for my stay, our flight was cancelled and we are trying to claim on insurance. They have not sent it, even though I have asked several times - some of our booking was paid in cash so without an invoice, we have no proof of amount
