Privacy violation and poor service
Cons:

I booked a week at Hotel Mistral for important medical reasons. The experience was already mixed, but one incident crossed the line. At check-in, I was told the hotel would close mid week for renovations. The receptionist kindly offered to move me to their sister property from the start, Hotel Mistral 2, which I accepted to avoid stress later on. That part was handled smoothly.

The room at Mistral 2 was acceptable but dark even with the window open. There was also a constant mechanical noise from some nearby machine that never stopped, which became irritating. The bathroom bin appeared not to have been cleaned in a long time. Not a major issue alone, but it added to the overall impression. Some of the breakfast tables are crammed together with barely room to pass between them. For a hotel at this level, a complete lack of personal space at breakfast was disappointing.

One morning after breakfast, I was on a private phone call in my room. My instinct told me to check, and I opened the door to find the housekeeper standing right outside, phone in hand, clearly listening. When I saw her, she did not move or walk away. I later checked the corridor: she had no room to clean nearby at that moment. She was there specifically to eavesdrop on my conversation. This is a profound violation of the guest's privacy and completely unacceptable. It made me feel unsafe and disrespected for the remainder of my stay. I was disappointed but not surprised, as the general staff attitude seemed poor throughout. The hotel urgently needs professional training for all employees. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially if you value privacy and basic respect.

Buona la colazione, sia salata che dolce e frutta.
Buon servizio al bar.

Cons:

Niente da segnalare. La prima notte ho sofferto il caldo, segnalato alla ricezione hanno subito provveduto ad adattarlo alle mie esigenze, interrompendo il servizio di riscaldamento.
Quindi..efficenti e disponibili.
