Funcionários simpáticos. Quarto aconchegante. Ótima localização.

Ficamos meio chateadas, pois solicitamos taças para tomar vinho e o hotel disse que não poderia fornecer pois estavam sendo usadas no salão. Mas deveriam ter extras, pois e quem está nos quartos?!
Café da manhã gostoso, porém, algumas coisas estavam frias(ex: pão de queijo).
Acho que para um hotel deste porte, poderiam melhorar nestes pontos.

horrible, no lo recomiendo para nada
Pros:

el desayuno es horrible, quemado, mal servido, los huevos totalmente grasosos, y mira que no soy una persona muy exigente. el cafe es una cosa HORRIBLE!!! estuve 6 noches y el internet nunca funcionó. 2 días no me hicieron limpieza que por que se "retrasaron"

la verdad creo que hay muchos hoteles mejores inclusive de la misma cadena, por el mismo precio. no lo recomiendo para nada

el desayuno es horrible, el café es peor, el internet es inexistente, y el servicio de limpieza tiene muchas opotunidades de mejora, 2 dias no lo hicieron

Não condiz com o padrão mercure.
Pros:

A localização é boa e o staff é muito prestativo e educado.

Cons:

Apesar das fotos mostrarem um hotel “novo”, ao entrar no quarto, encontramos uma acomodação muito abaixo do padrão mercure: escura, antiga, com a porta do banheiro literalmente esfarelando. A falta de limpeza também não condiz com o esperado. Por um valor tão alto da diária(800 reais sem café da manhã), existem opções melhores próximas.

Bien, pero pudo y merecía estar mejor.
Pros:

Localización
Instalaciones funcionales aunque un poco antiguas y maltratadas.

Cons:

- Pésimo servicio de elevadores (se malograban a cada momento y eran de lenta respuesta al llamado).
- Fragilidad de la programación de las tarjetas magnéticas. Se desprogramaban espontáneamente, aún sin contacto con campos magnéticos circundantes (celulares, arcos de seguridad, etc.) y peor con ellos cerca.
- Desayuno poco versátil y los peores huevos fritos que he visto en mi vida, parecían discos de frisbee en apariencia y textura.
