o atendimento no restaurante. Café da manhã razoável. Boa localização.

Quarto extremamente escuro pois havia poucas luzes, colchão muito duro, travesseiro ruins, Num dos dias deixamos o quarto às 7:30 da manhã e quando voltamos aas 16 h ainda não tinha sido arrumado. Não repuseram sabonetes. Funcionários da limpeza sem uniforme. Uma das escadas rolantes de acesso ao restaurante estava inoperante durante todo fim de semana. Maçaneta do quarto estava frouxa o que dificultava a abertura da porta. Imagem da TV muito ruim em qualquer canal.
Pessoal da recepção muito fechado no geral.
Já me hospedei em vários Mercure, inclusive fora do Brasil, mas nenhum tão ruim.
No café da manhã os funcionários demoravam para limpar a mesa e conversam muito alto entre si

Melhor opção próxima da Av. Paulsita.
Pros:

Quarto e banheiros amplos, uma varandinha agradável. Café da manhã excelente. Atendimento da equipe superou as expectativas. Achei superior ao nível da rede. Dá pra ir a pé ao shopping Pátio Paulista.
