There could be a lot of improvement to make
Pros:

Wifi was terrible; I was unable to work. That's really a shame because of the status of the hotel.
The room always had some sort of bad smell all the time..
They stop serving breakfast at 10 am, that's very bad and non convenient
Other than that, the hotel was good for the value, and the location is really good

Pros:

Gostei do atendimento do Leonardo, na recepção, muito educado e atencioso. Além disso, a localização também é muito boa, dá pra ir andando para a Av. Paulista, o que é bem legal. Também foi possível receber encomendas e pedir comidas de fora do hotel, o que foi cômodo para nós. O tamanho do quarto era bom e a limpeza era boa também.

Cons:

Não gostei da cama, o colchão era tão velho, que estava fundo e muito amarelo, além de ter um cheiro ruim. As camas não tinham protetores de colchão, eu estava sentindo o cheiro de suor do colchão, isso foi péssimo e me deixou realmente decepcionada com a hospedagem. Além disso, a tv era muito antiga, não tinha Netflix.

Ótimo hotel
Pros:

Excelente estadia! Ótima localização, facilitando muito o deslocamento e acesso aos pontos da região. O hotel é muito limpo e organizado, o café da manhã é muito bom e variado, e os funcionários foram extremamente cordiais e atenciosos durante toda a hospedagem.
