Buona struttura ma
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione della struttura, in mezzo al verde comoda al centro raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti e alle seggiovie. Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di cenare e abbiamo trovato una cucina curata e molto buona. Essendo un albergo degli anni 60/70 ci sono gli spazi comuni molto ampi e questo è una caratteristica ormai quasi del tutto introvabile. Il servizio è cortese e professionale. Pulizia della stanza buona, e buona anche la colazione.

Cons:

Devo dire che ho riscontrato, per un hotel 4 stelle, una struttura datata e ciò si è evidenziato negli infissi esterni della camera (la finestra) ed interni (es la porta del bagno o anche le porte delle camere ancora con vecchissime maniglie) ormai bisognosi di una manutenzione piuttosto approfondita. Anche la zona bar potrebbe essere un pochino ammodernata magari con luci nuove o arredamenti su tavoli più moderni. Per la colazione suggerirei di variare un po' di più la parte salata (magari con affettati e/o formaggi locali) così come l'offerta di frutta: in estate mele, kiwi e banane si possono sostituire con anguria, melone, ananas freschi..

Room 1 is very bad.

Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was not clean and in poor condition. There were insects on the floor, someone else's hair in the bathroom, a dirty toilet, broken doors, and the curtain rod was broken as well.
Another major issue was the noise. The event room next to our room was loud until late at night because chairs and tables were constantly being moved. Early the next morning, the noise started again, making it difficult to get proper rest.
Overall, this was not the experience we expected, and we hope these issues will be addressed for future guests.

Absolut nichts, zumindest das Frühstück war einigermaßen passabel.

Cons:

Ich habe selten ein so enttäuschendes Hotel erlebt. Das gesamte Haus wirkt wie aus den 60er- oder 70er-Jahren – dunkel, alt und muffig. Die Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fliesen wurden offensichtlich billig übermalt, das WC war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber und die Duschtür stößt beim Öffnen direkt an die Toilette.

Der Wellnessbereich ist nur bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet, was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sehr eingeschränkt ist. Das Abendbuffet soll 45 € kosten – für das Gebotene aus meiner Sicht völlig überzogen.

Besonders negativ war jedoch der Umgang mit Gästen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass italienische Gäste deutlich freundlicher behandelt wurden als ausländische Besucher. Beim Check-out gab es nicht einmal ein „Danke“ oder „Auf Wiedersehen“.

Der Eigentümer sollte dringend Geld in dieses Hotel investieren – oder ernsthaft über einen kompletten Neubeginn nachdenken. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich ehrlich gesagt lieber draußen neben meinem Motorrad schlafen als noch einmal hier zu übernachten.

Für mich leider absolut keine Empfehlung.

Ottimo soggiorno vicino al centro
Pros:

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro, le stanze sono pulite e spaziose (la nostra aveva un bel balcone affacciato sul fiume e sulle montagne)

Cons:

La colazione non è eccezionale, e la struttura avrebbe bisogno di essere ammodernata, ma complessivamente il soggiorno è stato ottimo
