Välskött hotell med mycket bra service. Sköna sängar och en bra frukost. Nära till havet och pool på hotellet.

This is a very bare bones stay - clean and nice but

Terrible experience. The room was nothing like the photos shown online – extremely small, dirty, with visible insects and spiders. There was a constant smell of mould and damp fabrics, making it very uncomfortable to stay. The air conditioning did not work at all, so the humidity was unbearable.

Food was unsafe: I became ill and vomited after eating (spoiled eggs, old fish, non-fresh fruit). This place felt unhealthy and completely unsafe to stay in. I had to leave after only 2 nights, even though I had paid for 6.

This property should not be advertised as it is misleading and below basic health and safety standards.

Non saprei nemmeno come esprimere la mia sorpresa per questo hotel che aveva tutte , ma proprio tutte le caratteristiche che io, pedante come sono, desidero. Camera molto carina, PULITISSIMA, ben arredata con due specchi a figura intera dei quali uno con luce naturale ottimo per truccarsi. Phon per capelli e prodotti. Molto spazio nell armadio e sul pavimento per i bagagli. Letto comodissimo, lenzuola ricamate, due cuscini di diversa grammatura. La zona piscina molto tranquilla e piacevole, sdraio comode. La piscina è grande. Personale, tutto il personale, di una gentilezza UNICA, dal personale addetto alle pulizie, alla reception, ai ragazzi delle colazioni. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, a due passi dal mare e dal centro. Il ristorante offre una scelta variata e la colazione è molto ricca. Grazie per l’ospitalità, per me valete un mare di stelline!

Good location

The hotel was easy to find, staff are very friendly and helpful. Good swimming pool with sun beds. However, is next to the main road so the pool area is noisy. Good parking and close to the best shopping streets outside Milan.

Position was great but needs a revamp asap

Everything was amazing except the mattresses! Literally, our queen size bed was two cheap thin, twin size mattresses push together.

Nice view of the ocean and helpful staff. The restaurant is very good. Like many italian hotels the bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable.

Excellent location. The staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful when asked for suggestions on restaurants or beach clubs. The hotel itself is very retro, rooms are spacious but bathrooms could use an update.

Un buon hotel molto vicino al mare e anche al centro di Forte dei marmi per cui estremamente funzionale. Colazione standard, bella la piscina. Stanze e bagno di dimensioni generose rimane il problema della mancanza di punti di appoggio in bagno, ormai tra uomini e donne vi sono molti oggetti che necessitano di essere appoggiati in bagno: trucchi creme rasoi dopo barba, e non è possibile che in un bagno così grande gli spazi per appoggiare gli oggetti siano ridotti veramente al minimo indispensabile obbligando i clienti a mettere le cose per terra.

E stato un soggiorno piacevole ,personale preparato e disponibile ad ogni richiesta .Consiglio di cenare in hotel ,molto buoni i piatti serviti e anche il personale di sala molto preparato. L'unico consiglio che voglio dare e' di migliorare la camera ,mi aspettavo di piu'

Excellent location, great staff in particular at the restaurant and the reception. Dinner, included in the half board, was very delicious.
